Gareth Ainsworth: Working under Briatore, 7 years at Wycombe and still playing at 46

In a special edition of the podcast, Ben Turner meets Wycombe Wanderers manager Gareth Ainsworth, as he celebrates seven years in charge at Adams Park.
In an in-depth interview, Ainsworth also opens up about his playing career, going through the devastation from being let go by his boyhood club Blackburn Rovers, a memorable initiation when joining the 'crazy gang' at Wimbledon and the difficulties of coming back from a near career ending injury.
The former Queens Park Rangers midfielder also discusses the challenges of working under former QPR Chairman Flavio Briatore, the importance of the experienced players in his Wycombe squad and his ambitions of managing in the Sky Bet Championship.
