BTW, the terminal in Sanctuary didn't belong to a doctor, it was the local chem dealer. The lists were of his customers and what chems they wanted. That's why the chemistry bench is hidden behind the same house.

I think I've encountered Mikey and Moss almost every time I set out from Concord. Definitely one of the more triggered encounters for me. There's a mod on the rather ... questionable side that explores Kat and Gus's story either before (but more likely) or after you encounter them. Kat and her sister (pertaining to the mod, respectively) have made a little shop for themselves in the house they now live in. There's a lot more than that going on though... Anyway that is decidely one of the most adorable randos I know of in the game. There's another one with a girl and (I think) her grandpa just camping around, not the mention the awesome little mongrel that can befriend you if you save him from his pickle. Tidbits like these make me really they're not more interactable.

You only turn into a ghoul if you have certain genetic markers. It's likely they all carried the markers for it. Now ghouls turning feral IS based on proximity to radiation, and most likely turn feral if they're rendered unconcious during the final war

I've been playing fallout 4 since it was release and got on an off it most times when I'm bored. Almost reaching level 100. And the one that I like the most is the little girl and sentry bot. But did you know that their a reference to another game? Bioshock. The little girl represents the little sister while the sentry bot represents the big daddy's that protect them

Also if Art is a random encounter, I got TWO of them, and they fought each other when some raiders and BOS were battling it out, and Art 1 killed Art 2, but without a head! I met Kat and Gus pretty early in the game, they managed to sneak up on me as they were walking along some train tracks while I was looting the shipping containers. I thought it was a train coming at first, but quickly realised it's a terrifying tank. If that thing wasn't friendly it would've ripped me apart very soon.
