Kid Buu's power is basically fat Buu's, but unleashed in a manic fury with no regard for anything. Fat Buu is theorised to be slightly weaker because of the good Kai's influence, either by directly affecting his power or making his personality more, uh, jolly?, but they are in the same power tier. Meanwhile Super Buu is noticeably stronger than fat Buu. Gotenks' base was supposed to be stronger than fat Buu, and after his training his SSJ is somewhat stronger than Super Buu. Ignoring the training Super Buu should roughly be 50x stronger. Tl;dr Super > Kid > Fat.

Because in the anime if you watch the Buy saga Shin clearly states that the original Kid Buy was the strongest and that the West East North and South Kai's were far beyond SSJ3 Gokus level and they all lost to him. Yes ssj3 gotenks is stronger than goku. It was implied that ssj1 gotenks could take fat buu. SSJ2 goku can't mess with fat buu let alone ssj1.

What form Gotenks took is never mentioned. Then multipliers that aren't in the manga are given as evidence for regular super Buu Gotenks and Gohan being much much stronger than kid Buu and Goku. I wanted to know if the manga corresponded that theory.

+Vlogiicz becuse you're wrong, that's why. buu became weaker when his pure evil energy was tainted with things like kindness and other positive emotions. since when he first appears his evil energy has already been tainted at some point absorbing gotenks and gohan makes him stronger because the energy he gains outweighs the fact that it further taints his evil energy. however that does not mean he would have gotten stronger if he was already kid buu when he absorbed them. goku and vegeta couldn't beat super buu base form because they we're inside his body which gave him a huge advantage. the desicion not to fuse again by goku and vegeta was based entirely on pride and not at all on whether or not buu was stronger or weaker then before. it's pretty obvious that kid buu toyed with his opponents and probably could have killed goku in an instant. the whole idea that kid buu was more unpredictable and therefore more dangerous is also ridiculous, buuhan was capable of the same level of unpredictability if not more because of his intelligence. in fact i'd say kid buu's action's are much easier to predict (basically rampage, destroy, repeat)

Kid Buu is not the strongest version of Buu, but he is the most evil with no inhibitions. For example, when Buu absorbs someone he also absorbs part of their personality making him not as dangerous and more hesitant. Knowing the katas for example mean nothing in a real-fight if all your opponent has to do is throw a knife at you when you least expect it. So Kid Buu is the most unrestrained version that will fight and destroy by any and every means necessary. For Goku, this means he will have a difficult time predicting Kid Buu's moves and form counter-attacks. Fusion won't work simply because Kid Buu is psychotic enough to attack Goku and Vegeta before the Fusion is even completed.

This is evident when Super Buu was able to easily overpower Fat Buu. Kid Buu was well acting like a kid. The assumption would have to be made that Kid Buu was able to overpower Super Buu. Supreme Kai was terrified. He even told Goku and Vegeta to fuse again. Goku stated no we tried that and it just didn't work out. We will try to beat him on our own. This why you should treat Anime different from Manga.

He got bigger and stronger, but less pure. I get that absorbing some characters won't be super beneficial to the new body(The Grand Supreme Kai and Piccolo without Gotenks), but technically speaking, the more bodies collected, the stronger the body should get. Buuhan was so strong that Vegito was the best option to beat him. Taking away Gohan, Gotenks, Piccolo and Fat Buu should have made Kid Buu return to what he was before he started to absorb people. Unless he retained most of the power Buuhan had, there's no way Kid Buu should be stronger. Goku and Vegeta would have still fused if they truly believed that he was stronger despite their pride and understanding that Kid Buu isn't composed of anyone else. If Kid Buu was legitimately stronger ss3 Goku would have been finished way sooner.

Final Form Frost Well first off the Fat Buu vs Kid Buu was a longer fight. Evil Buu was stronger then Fat Buu but not by that much. Where as Kid Buu dominated Fat Buu. Yes Fat Buu got in 2 or 3 hits. However this can be attributed to two things. #1 a lack of intelligence on Kid Buu Part #2 Fat Buu showed far more intelligence in this fight then in the fight against Evil Buu. Super buu (specifically gohan absorbed or Gotenks for the brief period) is obviously the strongest of all forms. However, he had logic due to said absorptions, when kid buu, the pure buu, knew only destruction and chaos. Why he was the most "dangerous". Hand a dictator a nuke, he won't use it until he is benefited from it. Hand an angry child a nuke and they'll use it within seconds without a thought.

He, I would assume, is weaker without kid buu, the primary buu, unless for some reason it made that form "weaker" from absorbing someone, which has never happened in the series.

Andrew Zbinden Where in the series did it indicate he was messing with the universe? he wasn't he was just messing with some of the clouds from his energy release. Vegeta did the same thing the first time he fought goku. Has absolutely nothing to do with the universe not even hurting the planet. My input - I always assumed that Ultimate Buu (Gohan + others absorbed) had the highest actual power level, but because he had so many different folks absorbed, he tended to hold back and fight in a specific manner, whereas Kid Buu was simply the most dangerous because he was the most volatile, the most ruthless, and the most brutal. What he lacked in power level, he made up for with impulsive, yet wicked techniques, being nearly impossible to read, and a complete disregard for honor/fairness/etc. Kid Buu was simply the more effective killer, because Ultimate Buu usually wanted to play around - it took Vegitto to push him over the edge.

Super Buu and Kid Buu is analogous to a trained animal and a wild animal. A trained animal (i.e. Super Buu) could be bigger, faster, and stronger than a wild animal (i.e. Kid Buu), but a wild animal is more of a threat to your life. Super Buu contains more intelligence and therefore can be somewhat reasoned with (to an extent), but he also experiences things like pride, which can be exploited to defeat him. Kid Buu runs solely on impulse, therefore making him more dangerous. So Super Buu probably has the higher power level, but is more tame, while Kid Buu is more likely to attack and destroy things on a whim; and I think this is the best way to think about this concept of "which Buu is strongest".

Peyton Roper kid buu wasn't a better fighter. It's just that nobody knew his motives. He loves to destroy things for no reason, so it was difficult to read him, therefore making him extremely dangerous. Super buu had somewhat common sense and wanted to fight the best fighters, and actually had somewhat of a personality.

Great video man. The way I see their power is like this. Super Buu (unfused) = Fat Buu = Kid Buu (They are all the same basic being). Kid Buu being the most dangerous because he is the most evil. If/when he absorbs someone of great power like Gohan his power will definitely go up. I don't think absorbing a Kai would make more of a difference in power than it would in attitude which is why they made him "weaker". I wonder how the Buu story will go in the next Super arc, it should be interesting.

As a fan of both the manga and the anime I feel like this debate has always left out one of the major points that was made throughout the arc. While Super Buu with Gohan absorbed was the stronger as far as power levels, Kid Buu was the toughest version of Buu to battle against. It's hinted throughout the arc that Buu in all forms other than Kid Buu was constantly fighting two battles both internally and externally. Up until the moment Kid Buu spits out Fat Buu at which point there was no longer an internal conflict allowing him to be focused solely on what was in front of him. This is why Kid Buu was the strongest form. It's not always the fighter with the highest power level that is the strongest.

I see Kid Buu as the most pure form of Buu; the form he was born into, all (or most) of his latent techniques and abilities aren't as honed, but he's more familiar to them. So instead of absorbing abilities and powers, or making them up on the fly, Kid Buu is most familiar and comfortable in that form. That's how I see Kid Buu as strongest

Dangerous has nothing to do with power. For example, in the real world, if a murderous psychopath has only a handgun, and a priest/nun has a tank, obviously the one with the tank is "more powerful" but the psychopath with merely a handgun is going to be far, far more dangerous, due to his or her mental state/psyche or lack of emotions/care for others lives.

Kid Buu is not stronger than Ultimate Buu. I'm mean even South Supreme Kai was stronger than him physically. However if you where to pit the two against each other, Kid Buu would still win. Kid Buu has something that the other Buu's don't have; actually it's more accurate to say that he doesn't have what they have, flaws. As to where you have the other Buu's that exhibit emotions that would leave you thinking about outcomes or circumstances, worries or fears, this Buu doesn't have that. In fact I don't even think he can fathom those emotions. He acts purely on his instinct to destroy. And once more he never needs a reason to kill or destroy. He brings a whole other meaning to the phrase loose cannon. And I've noticed that this Buu regenerates faster, his Ki is practically unlimited and his stamina recovery is extraordinary. While the other Buu's do have similar traits, its no where near the same level as his. So in terms of power level compared to some of the other Buu's he is weaker, but he excels in everything else. The problem with the other Buu's is that they've been diluted with the absorption of other beings, they're no longer Pure Majins. I guess that's why some call him Pure Buu.

Buuhan is the strongest form of Buu while Kid Buu is the most ruthless and purely evil as he doesnt have any level of influence from absorptions that may tame him a little or possibly cause mental distractions or hesitations which even if it is as minimal as possible does make enough of a difference to make that form less dangerous.

Okay, let's clear this up with the least headaches possible! We'll take it in chunks: Good Buu < Evil Buu < Fat Buu Fat Buu is referring to the first Buu we see. He still has evil within him, but for now the good side takes control, which makes him weaker. Buu when he's evil or angry is far more powerful than good or passive. When Fat Buu splits, it's said that the Good Buu takes 40% of the power, and Evil Buu the other 60%. If Fat Buu is roughly SSJ3 level, then Good Buu is just about SSJ2 level, while Evil Buu is somewhere in between. Good Buu < Evil Buu < Fat Buu < Kid Buu Kid Buu actually does a better job fighting SSJ3 Goku than Fat Buu did. Keep in mind that this Goku now has far more control over SSJ3, can summon it on command, uses less ki, etc. At the beginning of the Buu Arc, SSJ3 was almost useless, but is now viable for longer. Still, Kid Buu mostly dominates the fight, so that shows how strong he is. The Grand Supreme Kai is no longer weakening him. Good Buu < Evil Buu < Fat Buu < Kid Buu < Super Buu Super Buu is simply on another threshold from Kid Buu. He was on par with SSJ3 Gotenks (even holding back as we would learn later), in which Piccolo states just SSJ Gotenks surpassed SSJ3 Goku. Considering Base Gotenks did a better job against Fat Buu then anyone else, I doubt he needed all that 50x multiplier just to surpass Goku. SSJ3 Gotenks is bare minimum 10x stronger than SSJ3 Goku, if not much more. Both Super Buu and SSJ3 Gotenks casually broke spacetime just by screaming and powering up. All SSJ3 Goku could managed after 5 minutes of screaming was just shaking the planet. Kid Buu did that by casually screaming. Not to mention, even at the end of the Buu Arc, Goku was confident that he and Vegeta combined had no chance against Super Buu. This was a stronger Goku with better SSJ3 control, too. Super Buu still stomps, and by measure, stomps Kid Buu, too. Think of Super Buu as the evil version of Fat Buu. He still has all that god power within him. Good Buu < Evil Buu < Fat Buu < Kid Buu < Super Buu < Ultra Buu When Super Buu is roiding out into the terrifying Ultra Buu, Goku and Vegeta are visibly nervous and tremble saying he's twice as big as before. They couldn't even beat Super Buu at any point, nonetheless this monster. However, when he shrinks into Kid Buu, Goku and Vegeta are confident again and laughing at the little scrub. Why do you think they did rock, paper, scissors? Kid Buu was emanating so little power that Goku was confident enough to allow Vegeta to fight Kid Buu by himself. Even when they learn Kid Buu was holding back and more akin to SSJ3, that's still less impressive than the previous Super Buu, nonetheless Ultra Buu. Don't forget that Ultra Buu was caused by Kid Buu absorbing the South Supreme Kai - a warrior as strong as himself that fought for hours, and Buu's fusion is multiplication, so Kid Buu x South Supreme Kai = really f*cking powerful. This number HAS to be more than the minimum 10x multiplier from Fat Buu to Super Buu. Probably a lot more. Unlike with the Grand Supreme Kai, we are never told Buu is weakened by this man, so he just got stronger. I like to think whereas Fat Buu represents Buu taking on Grand Supreme Kai and his benevolence, Ultra Buu is consequently Buu taking on the South Supreme Kai and his rage. Whereas Fat Buu can make himself bigger and fatter, Super Buu can make himself bigger and stronger. Super Buu and Ultra Buu might actually be the same form, just Super Buu unleashing all his power and losing control when the only thing weakening him (Daikaio's pod) is cut from Buu's brain. Good Buu < Evil Buu < Fat Buu < Kid Buu < Super Buu < Ultra Buu < Buuccolo The reason I put Buuccolo above Ultra Buu is that he starts with the much stronger Super Buu as a base, rather than Kid Buu, plus he has Goten, Trunks, Piccolo, and everyone else he absorbed from the Lookout (plus all the cities he ate). Once again, Buu's fusion is multiplication, and while comparatively weak, little things like these add up. Not to mention, Buuccolo resembles Buutenks more than Super Buu, and retains the intelligence and skillset from before. While his raw power is up for contention against Ultra Buu, I can guarantee his a far smarter and more skilled fighter, on top of likely being more powerful. Good Buu < Evil Buu < Fat Buu < Kid Buu < Super Buu < Ultra Buu < Buuccolo < Buutenks Considering that Ultimate Gohan CURBSTOMPED Super Buu, and then Buutenks turns around and HUMILIATES Ultimate Gohan, that is a double threshold in power above Super Buu. While maybe not as much as a leap between Super Buu and Ultimate Gohan, Buutenks is undoubtedly still more powerful than Gohan, maybe as much as 10x or more. Not to mention he proves to be far smarter and more skilled with an endless array of devastating techniques and the lust for battle. Buutenks, at one point, wrecks Gohan with ONE ARM. He literally flies in front of SSJ3 Goku, stops in midair, and purposefully turns around to fire at Gohan just for the hell of it. He proves that Goku couldn't hurt him anyway, and proceeds to wreck Goku as well. Buutenks was confident and capable enough to trash both SSJ3 Goku and Ultimate Gohan at the same time. Him being this strong proves that Buu's fusion is not addition, but multiplication, because considering Super Buu = SSJ3 Gotenks (roughly), two SSJ3 Gotenks wouldn't have scratched the surface of Ultimate Gohan. Instead, they make a mockery of him. Good Buu < Evil Buu < Fat Buu < Kid Buu < Super Buu < Ultra Buu < Buuccolo < Buutenks < Buuhan Buuhan is logically by far the most powerful form of Buu. SSJ3 Goku is a joke by this point, the same guy who a few episodes later struggled for his life against the FAR weaker Kid Buu. Considering Ultimate Gohan CURBSTOMPED Super Buu, and by measure, SSJ3 Gotenks as well, Super Buu fusing with this being would make him far ECLIPSE the power of Buutenks. Plus, he still has Goten, Trunks, Piccolo, Z-fighters, etc., fused within him too, giving him their intelligence and skills and techniques. Hell, even with the unfused Gotenks, Buuhan can still use Gotenks' techniques like the Super Ghost Kamikaze Attack (now improved version). Even better, unlike Buutenks, Buuhan doesn't have to worry about a fusion running out, so he can fight forever. Buuhan is easily the strongest Buu, plus intelligence, skills, moves, and permanence.
