Well rainy day in eastern Ky and I was working on my grocery list and simple menu for the next few weeks. Just added this to our meal. I have everything but the queso. We leave for man in 19 days and hubby said we could have soup and sandwiches everyday til then. LOL Tonight we are having the Mississippi burgers. I don’t know what ever happened to unsalted nacho chips, which companies made years ago. With the seasoning and cheese, I feel like that is plenty of salt. I'm curious to know if your chips (that were in the pan) got soggy with all of those ingredients on them. Any time I have tried to put my chips in the oven with anything added to them, they always end up soggy. As a result, I always end up making whatever we're putting on the nachos in a pan in the oven & baking it & then we dip the chips into whatever we have added to the dippiing mixture (& we usually put refried beans on the bottom to help the mixture to not make the chips soggy as soon as they touch. Any suggestions to keep the chips from becoming soft like that?

They softened a bit, but I would not say soggy. I actually like them getting just a bit softer.
