I love that Arcane didn't just make Claggor the "fat" kid, as one might initially assume from his snatching up a cupcake. He's big, but I'd say he's probably second to Vi overall, with good strength and skill. Grayson's VA played Chrisjan Avasarala in The Expanse, so there's that. Riot and Imagine Dragons actually have a history of the latter doing promotional work for the former.

Ah, Small Boy, my favorite character. Jokes aside, Ekko *does* end up being my favorite (along with Viktor). I liked him from the start already as an ex League player who mained him but he has some badass moments that I was NOT expecting.

If they really hate Piltover it's the original council's fault, first Mel but eventually all of them put him on a pedestal with all this pressure of not only a new generation of tech, but making him a part of the council really messed him up. BTW I see no one else bringing up Milo's line from episode 1 that to be born lucky is ironic, since, hello, it's Jayce.

It's so hard to pick a favorite character in this show because everyone is written so well but if I had to pick someone I really like victor and singe. Singe doesn't have that much screen time but all the time he's on screen is really well done and his VA is great too.

@@temutemacular It's mostly people who knew of Jayce's lore in the game(Arcane and Leage canon are different, which was suprising) because Jayce was the biggest dickhead. Also slight disappointment for people who loved Ekko's old lore since Arcane basically erased his parents and that one story where Ekko kept rewinding time to live this one moment he had that he didn't want to leave behind.

He follows a weekly schedule so it'll always be min 7 days. I was hoping for more than 1 episode per upload though, maybe 3 sets of 3 eps each. That said, each and every frame of this episode is filled with so much nuance and detail that leaving enough gaps to digest between each episode is also completely fine.

Wasn't she fighting for both? I don't see much difference. Changing your purpose for fighting just sounds like one is being snarky. "Well _you_ told me I couldn't fight for a _better future_ , so now I'm just going to fight for revenge." When I'm pretty sure he meant to not fight at all coz no one wins in war, and Vi understood that. He keeps pointing to her fists too. And in the end he pushed her to give herself up to keep the neutral peace they had underground - no fighting there.

@@Dacre1000 we both agree with you. Water Guy was saying that while yes, the implication of Vi and Jinx fighting in the intro is misdirection, so is the implication of war. There's several characters with guns and other weapons in the intro. The very first scene is one of carnage an conflict. But without that ever really occurring again. Jinx, Vi and Jayce caused destruction, sure, but they were a terrorist attack and a targeted attack on an illegal factory rather than warfare. We're just adding onto your point about the sisters.

I'll just say it, Vander is completely original to the show. Not even a mention of an in game character that could be him in the lore. This is basically rewriting a lot jinx and vi's backstory. For the better imo. League plays fast and loose with a lot of lore and rarely involves characters that aren't champions in the lore. There are only 8 or so characters who are in game characters in this season and I think we've seen them all by this point. Also Heimerdinger (the small professor guy) is a species called a Yordle. They are interesting for lack of better words but Heimer is one of the only ones that live in Piltover. Though there is reference to another Yordle who is an in game character as well who is the most terrifying being in this universe.

Vander may not have been mentioned directly but he's always been part of the lore because he's referred to in the game. possible (?) season 2/game spoilers: . . . . He definitely is part of the lore since he is Warwick. It has been hinted in the game before that Warwick has to do with Vi, Jinx and Singed who "saves" him as we see in the little tease at the end of episode 9

Yes, it's not confirmed, but it's way more likely than the kindred easter egg cause that wouldn't make sense. But Warwicks theme literally played with Vander on screen, his special interactions with vi and jinx in-game have always been weird. His voiceline "I used to run those streets, now it's your time to run". And why would they tease it with that scene at the end of episode 9? It has to be, I guess it's technically nor "confirmed" officially so we'll see

Someone correct me if I'm wrong because I'm only assuming based on the channel description, but currently it comes after Koimonogatari; AOT and Dangan 2 are reserved for Mondays and Fridays though, which means the rotation is interrupted on those days.

There is the main rotation which is on his channel info consisting of 7 videos (1 each day) but sometimes he reuploads older serieses from his original channel or a movie once in a while, so yeah, a bit over one week for the next arcane video each time

There are many things he has to do before uploading (fighting the copyright claim as transformative content). Most youtubers are just to lazy to try and deal with that and refer to "fair use" laws which don't really work like they are used mostly. But this only avoids auto-recognition by youtube copyright detection while Shark's method works for most things. The only real issues aren't legally but the youtube copyright recognition being flawed af
