Guy's an a-hole and they've only got themselves to blame for coddling him like they did. They should have taken him to task and said 'you're not going to laugh at us or cuss us out if you want to stay a Warrior.' and stand on that. He was given waaaay too much leeway and that enabled him to the point in which the league had to step in and even then he still hasn't really learnt his lesson.

Durant's downfall started the moment he left OKC for Golden State. He made himself look like a punk and then got all mad when the fans and media dogged him for it, and you know he knew it was wrong cause he wasn't content after "winning" back2back 💍s. He then tried to recreate what he had in OKC with the Nets and it blew up in his face, and now the same sh$t is happening with the Suns. Durant had his own team in OKC, the fans in OKC were 100% behind him, and he was an MVP and along with being a top 2 player in OKC, all Durant needed was a championship with the Thunder and he would have been like Giannis with the Bucks and have the respect from his peers. @tylerk46416 ай бұрын
The suns simply can't build a contender around KD. No cap and now the NBA makes it nearly impossible to do anything in free agency for teams that have 3 max contract players. I think in both scenarios the best option especially for suns is to trade KD and get as many picks/ young players back as possible while also clearing cap. Ideally would also be ideal for them to trade Beal too but i don't think that's likely with his contract and injury history most teams probably wouldn't be interested plus he has a no trade clause. But if your the suns you need to get yourself back in a position to build a successful team around Booker who is 27. You trade Durant it'll sting but clearing cap and getting picks, young players back will hopefully put you in a postion than you can recover for this and put them in position to compete again in a few years. As for Durant he's gotta look at it and hope that a team that has depth and another star will pick him up and go from there. Hes already ruined his legacy. Just to think suns had Booker, Mikal Bridges, Ayton; cp3, Cam Johnson, loaded bench full of depth that made finals and was great and they decided to blow that all up for some reason is crazy
