Does anyone else always skip the first 10 or so minutes of all Marc’s interviews? (This one was 30.min)

The internet loves cat stories. Might be part of his success. I skip the intro because I have all the cat news I can handle just through randomness.

John c Reilly came in speaking facts. Marc was speechless Because he knew it was true. Racism now happens with tone of voice and word choice. It's not subconscious. It's deliberate.

11/2023...Umm, I don't like being misled. The first 13 minutes is garbage,...don't know who the hell he's talking to. After that, I enjoyed the interview with John C. Reilly. Great actor,...love his work.

I didn’t realize how difficult and crabby John Reilly is - lolololo actually quite hilarious.. I’m a big fan of his 2
@femalehuman70742 жыл бұрын
I was also disappointed he wasn't more personable. I'm a huge fan of his
@Redmenace9611 ай бұрын
both wrong. He wasn't a celebrity nitwit who went along with MM's agenda. What's wrong with crabby? Is he a monkey to perform for your approval?

Man Marc really had to put in some work for this one! But this is so much better than the ones like Jonah Hill where it’s all just that fake I love everybody Hollywood BS. I’m not sure if I really like John C Riley as a person so much now but this totally made me appreciate his acting way more and I already liked him a lot.

Clowns are scary. They're scary, because, well, they're scary looking & act creepy. They don't speak, they look like gothic demons & they're just awful things. People refer to them as scary & they are the subject of horror films for a reason; it's not an unnatural representation/portrayal.

You should consider filming the interviews. i'd love to see the facial expressions and body language of the whole vibe these interviews bring to the internet.

I think part of the reason he does this is to eliminate hair and makeup as a factor. Doesn't stop unflattering KZbin thumbnails though. Lol. Not saying this one is unflattering, but I've seen some.

Marc Maron's 'WTF' Pod Cast OWNS. John C. Reilly is an interesting individual who is insightful and classically trained! But he's also a bit self-important and I think he'd be a little embarrassed if he listened to himself in this interview. He played nice enough, I suppose but he was kinda dicky. *NEXT ...
@ConcertSeason233 жыл бұрын
I wonder if it would have been different seeing it where some moments like “I dont understand this podcast thing” and “stupid interview” may not have been as AHoleish as they came off, because 80% of the time was fine and interesting.

JCR is pretty close to Steve Buscemi... Ugly and have an accent. There were no doors open to them in Hollywood, but the ones they kicked down with their talent. Great character actors, in a long Hollywood line. I'm glad JR straightened out MM on what a character is. I think MM was out of his depth.
