Even though I ran it, it’s fun to see the breakdown. Love your videos!

Love Adam’s videos and it’s great to see another of my favorites break down his training! It sucks that he barely missed making the Trials but I’m sure he will next time.

Great Video again! If I just replace miles with kms this would be something I could try for the autumn marathon. And even his result x1.6 would be a great but doable 3:42 marathon for me. 🤔

Love the breakdown mate! Amazing just how much easy running Adam did. I still haven't explored long run workouts but in about to start my block for my first attempt at sub3 up in Edinburgh this year so I will be doing long run workouts. Mainly training for half marathon for the past 2 years I did my longer workouts in the medium long run. Still learning what works best for me but enjoying it. Don't normally comment on stuff but love your content mate keep it up!

Oooh I can give you a top tip. About buses. Don't bother with the special expensive event buses. Many more normal double deckers will get you back quicker for close to bugger all.

These are very interesting videos and thanks for all the effort which clearly goes into making these. I find it very beneficial to see how elite and sub-elite runners train and keep on improving. How on earth these people keep going with "life" is beyond me (I know Adam has a full time job as well)

Like my trainer said last week, when I asked him if I could change some things up in my marathon preparation: All Roads Lead to Rome or as we Dutch say it: there is more than one road to Rome. Different bodies, different preferences and different abilities ask for different approaches. Most of the time your body (and data) will tell you what you need to do, to be at your best.

I love long run workouts especially as the distance increases. Makes the miles fly past!

Yes he trains similarly to me in that he uses the bipedal method. The first reaction is awe. What's the point of me watching this? Then suddenly it dawns we can do this too, with the paces adjusted. These are corkers Mr FOD.

Love the long, run man fact, a guy I know who’s a very fast 5K he even runs 18 mile long runs I’m mostly doing my long runs and trails because trail runner is what I love and I love finding a very hilly mountain 6 mile loop or make one and just do repeats I love that to each his own but you need that long run
