Hi guys I don’t know if you reply to comments here but maybe you could give some insight on an issue of mine. I wear barefoot shoes mostly and have done for a while. I’ve noticed that my right foot gets a little more weight down through it then my left, to the point where it’s more mobile and the muscles stronger in the right one. I think it may be due to my left hip sitting slightly higher than the right. Do you have any experience with this or ways to help it? Any response is appreciated, thanks

Look up Whelton Methods. If you have a PT that can pull your hip down out of that pelvic upslip and you follow his SIJ protocol for 6 weeks or so then you should be good. Just KZbin him and SIJ or pelvic upslip. Good luck!

great exercises but my question to you is.......have you ever had metatarsalgia? anyone can say do this exercises but if you've had metatarsalgia it wouldn't be so easy....

Depends. I have it and I can do them all fairly ok. Actually, i only get it if I walk barefoot/minimal soles without toe spacers. If i wear them, i never get any pain so mine is due to some improper biomechanics of a couple of crooked toes.

@@DJBelbe.....i had it also......i had to compromise a lot of my exercise time so to not put pressure on the foot. i took a month off work....and just followed doctor's orders......it's a very frustrating injury to have......cause it takes time to heal....

@@parbatiaikat1471 ....i could say yes....i am not feeling pain anymore but i haven't tried running or raise heels things like that or jumping or running.....doctor asked me to avoid high impact for another month....i was with this problem since september last year..... i wore orthotics for like 11 weeks to help with support.....and rested as much as possible.... also i wasn't on my feet so much..... had to change work boots to running shoes during my breaks.....it's been frustrating so i am hoping when i get back into running at least it won't bother me....recovery may be different for others but this was mine and i managed to at least heal it....it takes time
