Hi, Kelly-Ann! This video popped up into my feed on December 4 (2023). I know that because I wrote a script in my journal later that day. It was about manifesting paid work -- I'm a freelancer and things have been very lean and scary after my biggest client downsized 8-10 weeks ago. Yesterday what I wrote about in that journal entry happened for me: 1. Paid work that came through at just the right time (the part-time project I've been working on is winding down over the next couple weeks). 2. The pay is exactly what I need to cover living expenses -- I'm just trying to not go through homelessnes again, so I wasn't "greedy" with what I asked for. The time to ask for abundance will come, but right now I'm just trying to keep the apartment we got after being on the street for 3 years. 3. It's a contract opportunity that could be long-term. 4. The hours are flexible, so I still have time to continue looking for other clients or even a part-time W-2 job. 5. I can pay for rent, utilities, and food without worry. As I read my journal entry to my husband over dinner last night, it was eerie to realize how the specific things I asked for were delivered with this contract opportunity I received. So, obviously, magical scripting will be a regular part of my practice. So glad your video made its way to me that morning ☺

I just realized what was tripping me up about scripting. People keep saying, ideal, dreams, etc. But I don't know what that is, it feels too intangible and vague, and I fear punishment. I already know how to write the worst case scenario, and I'm aware that it's a list of all the worst things, and not likely, it would easy enough to take it in that vein and write the best case scenario. It may or may not happen, and I won't be punished if things happen to go well, only if I pursue my dreams. I can think about, well if this went well today, then... I might not be reaching for my biggest dreams like I'm supposed to, but it's an improvement.

We really do live in a kind and loving universe, even if it doesn't always seem that way. The love that surrounds us, unseen, would never wish to punish you for pursuing your personal goals, although we can be led to believe otherwise. I feel that fear of punishment often. A lot. Daily. Yet in times when I let myself believe I could have the best of the best, it happened! But it's so hard to return to that mindset of giving yourself permission to have what you want. That's why I love Kelly-Ann and her channel so much!! She provides amazing tools for overcoming our own self-oppression. Everything you want, your highest ambitions, is there for you, Happy Trails, it's all just waiting for you to open the door ♥✨

I teared up as you did, hearing you talk about how you wanted that to come true and indeed, in the most unfortunate of circumstances, it did. I use Law of Assumption & am a Chaote. For me scripting or creating agreements & affirmations around enacting & embodying my desires is magick & instrinsical to my practice & path. To me a spell & scripting can be one in the same. It def comes down to how you construct what a spell is & what your intent is when you cast it. When I write fiction or a personal essay for example there is an element of spellcraft or word sorcery that threads itself with imagination & creates itself in some reality, whether it is a different realm or universe or is awakened in the mind of the reader or self. I love hearing perspectives on spellcrafting, and scriptcasting, essentially what I do when it is centered in my witchy mind space. I also love opening dialogue around these different ways of interpretation & practice & using sacred tools and approaches. This video was incredible & perfect timing.❤❤❤

Thanks for this video. 💚I have social anxiety and I tend to worry a lot about anything that could go wrong in a situation. However, thanks to therapy and affirmations, I learned at least a bit to try to reframe situations and view them in a more positive way. Which helps me a lot. And after watching this video, I want to do a bit of scripting, too.🙂

Hello Kelly-Ann, I’m reading your book Rebel Witch with a bookclub. It’s such a good book, super helpful and has got me creating my own routine. I have started meditating and doing tarot every morning. I have reached a place of witchcraft with no actual belief in the magic. I used to script a lot a few years ago but the scripts stopped “working”. But now, armed with the perspectives from your book, I think I am ready to start scripting again! Thank you!

Great stuff as always Kelly-Ann. I often do a verbal version of scripting with my somatic clients, when they're unhappy with a situation but can't seem to get beyond it. I ask them, "What do you want, what would be a good outcome for you, and what would that look and feel like?" Amazing things happen when we redirect our emotions and neurons and let them play. Your poetry is beautiful! Hope you're feeling better.

Thank you, Kelly-Ann. I'm glad to see your face - you've been in my thoughts, knowing you've had an unimaginably hard month. I've recently addressed a problem with alcohol that has been a part of my life for decades. I was worried it was going to be un-quittable so I was planning elaborate ritual and arming myself from all witchy sides. Then I stepped back one morning and had a moment of clarity that it could be extremely simple. 2 weeks on, using scripting, and I'm on track with all my goals and feeling empowered. I'd just forgotten it had a name!😂 Loads of love x

How are you, my friend? Is it weird I am getting a tiny bit of anxiety thinking about people (or even me, later on) finding the scripting notes thinking this is what my life was like.
