Brings back memories from long ago when I used to help out with small jobs as a kid. So cool richard you're having the boys help out. It's great to see how you include them on project around the farm. You can never replace those good time.

Richard-you forgot to insulate tape your wire joiners, you might be lucky but if the damp gets to them in a few weeks and she starts blowing fuse you’ll mind.

How to teach your children to repair the landrover. Looks like Harry is into all thing farming . And Jack will be into other things . Best to teach them one to one then there is no bickering . Who did the wiring on that light fitting ? Bodge It & Scarper ? . What could go wrong with Richard's Landy repairs. If there a plastic burning smell get out quick. As for the weather being horrible, you should be use to it.

Nothin wrong with a quick bodge now and again if it works fine . Those lights were always a bit vunerable with livestock . Ive seen umpteen broken both front and rear . Even with so called lightguards on them as the guards get squashed and break the light . Time for new boilersuit too me thinks . More expence lol

Bet the new land rover would cost 120 pounds+ to fix that light
