Petrula is a better actress than the mainstream ones. Listen to her voice and see her vulnerability in the beginning, and see the professionalism throughout. Regards from India.

I am just a student. And in my age no one will give me any job. But I have watched this video because I think it will help me irl as well. Great contents. Thanks a lot for making these for free. Oh I have just started my small freelancing career on fiverr (motion graphics) and do you know what client dont believes my age because they say, the way I deal and talk with them, can be done by a pro businessman or freelancer. And I have learn most of the thing from the futur. :)

im also still a highschool student and I use fiverr as well. I made my portfolio and Ive been job hunting. surprisingly they actually offered me an interview. Your videos r so cool and Im sure there r companies who thinks that too. U could try searching for internships first bcs some actually accepts students. Especially now during this pandemic a lot of companies r searching for ppl to do the job fully remote and online so u dont need to hv a desk yet+u can hv flexible working hours. Im not sure if they would accept me but the futur has definetly help me gain sum confidence

I run a I boutique leadership and strategy advisory firm. There is nothing better while doing prep work prior to a client meeting than listening to this channel in the background. I cannot tell you how many other KZbin channels I have had to unsubscribe from due to their decision to move away from business concepts, towards hot topics in politics. Keep up the great work it shows you are focused and committed to your core audience. By the way God is a designer.

This is wonderful. I'm getting ready for an interview that is tomorrow afternoon via Zoom and she is helping tremendously. I am curious when she says to make a keynote or powerpoint slide--has this been explained further? Does your channel go more in depth on what you could make and how to present it?

Why were you nervous Ms Vrontikis when the role play started? Definitely changed from the start, which was more relaxed. What you mentioned about voice is true now more than ever (and will only be more important), as a voice actor it's something we're certainly aware of. I would direct people to Roger Love for help with finding your most powerful voice. If you're a singer, he can help with your singing voice too. Try IMPROV guys, it's the best way to not get nervous in "uncomfortable" situations. These then become FUN, where others will be shaking in their boots.

12:24 I know I'm valuable to ANYONE at ANYTIME because of my core values that are different to most people. What I consider to be standard most people would never do and they are just quiet quitters. Thank you Petrula.

What about when the employer is the one with the worst setting for the interview? Can we ask them to accomodate their camera better? Also, what if the interviewer is the obe who’s late AF???…

you should focus on the things you can control. they could do the call from the back of a noisy bus for all that it matters. they're the ones with the job.

In all honesty, I’ve always shown the same portfolio that I’ve sent to clients and companies in an interview and a good majority of jobs I’ve gotten doing it that way, but now, after 6 months of completely redoing my portfolio with new projects and moving it online I was going to do the same thing with future interviews, but now, hearing from Petrula very confidently say not do that. Is this only for online interviews or any interviews?

@@thefutur My interview has been done. 1: My body language is straight forward and active, likewise i was taking interest in what they want to convey to me about their company goals. 2: I told them i am not a guy who just want to work 9 to 5 and go home. I do care about the company's goals and i do give my best contribution which in favour of company between our decided working times. 3: Salary negotiation! Hr: we give you offer ------ amount of money which i have discussed with the management team to set this job role for this amount of budget. Me: Thank you so much to give me this offer and i do respect your offer and your budget goals but i am not comfortable with that amount of budget which you offered me i also have some expenses which i need to fulfil at the end of the month. I know and totally understand you can find someone else who will agree with your desire budget or maybe you can hire 2 persons in this budget too. but if you will hire those people who passionate about their job and find some new ideas which in favour of organization so i think he deserves some which they can easily feed their family.
