Jake, the abs light needs a sticker, or at least a piece of harbor freight electrical tape!

I opened the dash and stuck a piece of gum in the abs light, now its off forever lol, they are separated by cubicles, each cubicle has an led, I just filled the abs cubicle up with gum so the light doesnt shine thru lol

Hey bud! long time follower. Didn't know you had the same Capri brake bleeder. I've been using mine for 4 plus years now in a automotive dealership setting. I got to say it comes in handy more than I thought. Kudos for recommending a sweet tool!

Can vouch for the Core Moto brake lines. Just installed a set on my KLX 250 last week. Great quality and feel at the lever and pedal. Will install a set on my MT-09 soon.
@Michael-ur4yc3 жыл бұрын
I had a steel brake line on my old KLR 650 with a single front disc, it was fine, I learned the street on it. I switched to a stock MT 07 with double discs, though it had a lot more stopping power the feel isn't there. I will be replacing with steel lines as soon as I have the funds (getting a mechanic to do it cause its tedious especially with ABS, yes I'm keeping ABS, not turning it into a MTenere 07 lol), but I'm a broke engineering student so, might be a while.

It will be a wire in the plug going to the dash. I’ve got a friend down the street with a non ABS. I’ll get his bike over here and figure what wires are missing from his plug that are in mine. That will tell me what wire to unpin. When I find out I’ll post it!

You can also open the bleed screw and let gravity do the work without using the bleeder.

Jake you should open the cluster and desolder the led for the abs light.

I can do that from the wires in the back of the plug. Just unpin the right one.
