The clear grey N64 you mention is known as the Smoke grey variant, and the range of N64's are the Funtastics. So you have Ice Blue, Fire Orange, Watermelon Red, Smoke Grey, Grape Purple and Jungle Green. Was nice to see you at the event and say hello. We spoke just after you were getting a picture of Snatcher if I remember correctly 😎 Edit to add: The Smoke Grey Funtastic N64 is generally the hardest to find and therefore most expensive, followed by the Watermelon Red.

True lies is the same game, audio and graphics on the megadrive (compared to snes). So keep your eyes peeled for the megadrive version too. Sky blazer I paid 180 ish quite a few years ago. But as you know if you remember I only buy ntsc, boxed complete

I'm soo happy to see more Small soldiers fans :) one of my favorite movies. I saw a small child walking about with archer and it made me smile. Iv got the whole set minus the rare expensive Kip but have made custom figures of all the characters that were never made. :) I know thers a collectors and creators page on facebook if anyone is interested too.

I went down there first one since lockdown for me. I got talking to the Flea developer for a while and played Flea on Evercade and NES. Ended up buying the Dreamcast port. I also got Croc on Saturn and a few imported saturn games as well. Saw Japanese Symphony of the night on saturn for 145 was so tempted but didn't want to destroy my budget.

Great show. I never see any adverts for it. I live near Milton Keynes so jollying up north kind of puts me off. Seems you northern folk get it better sometimes. I did enjoy the one in Milton Keynes a few years ago. My biggest problem with shows is everyone man handling everything. I would pay ebay prices for mint.

Yay! Spotted my Mortal Kombat MegaCD game on Predator Games stall. Traded that in a few weeks ago against some great games. Already have the game, but when i was putting it in a protective case i noticed there was an extra disc and manual in the box! How/when/where? I can't remember. Hate seeing incomplete games so i bought an empty case and cover insert. Job done.

Gutted I missed this. Had early bird tickets but woke up feeling rough, ended up with a positive lateral flow test and then a positive PCR test a day later. Unbelievable timing. Though some of the prices make me think I wouldn’t have spent much regardless. Thanks for the vid.

Comparing it to German retro game conventions to this UK event: You have more SEGA games (esp. MegaDrive and Even More Saturn!), more Nintendo - esp. SNES - boxed (I am more a SNES cart only hunter) and in general a huge offer on 8 and 16 Bit Games! In Germany, we usually find more PlayStation and Xbox than what you show in the video , also more old pre 8bit stuff but also more „recent past games“ (PS3, X360, Wii) and vendors sell more merchandise on German retro conventions. Would love to attend such an event in UK! Cheers, Tobi

Always remember getting my imported pc engine about 1988 bloody loved it. should have been released here in the uk. :( games was about £70 imported. Best Console i have ever owned. even better than the neogeo. went to the pc engine duo Cd based system. They even had a pocket pc engine. got it with Kung fu, then splatter house, r type, flying shark.

No game markets or no good retro shops etc plus ordering from uk customs chargers at minute is redicolus. Trying last 6 months to get Mario all stars yellow console in good condition ebay prices are to much also! I love the snes and sega mega drive stuff from my childhood and want some of it back lol if you hear of a boxed snes like that hit me up ✌ happy hunting 😁🍀
