Hi from the UK .l have many shaving mugs and skuttles.These are usually fine China and very good looking .BUT l allways wondered why Old Spice mugs were quite expensive, more so than fine decorated China ones . Having bought one from a charity shop l gratted an Arko stick and pressed it down into a puck. I found the late Old Spice mug a joy to hold ,just the right size..not like my big skuttles . Very pleased with it. Just now trying to get boss of one of my 30 odd Rolls Razors .oh well 😢

I have this mug. It belonged to my grandfather . Works very well. Pulls up a good lather. Thanks.

Saying the word father reminded me what I did with mine. I move too often, and my father lives in a fixed house as a homeowner. With me probably going to break it sooner or later, I gifted it to him in 2019 to be a permanent fixture in his bathroom along with the very first Old Spice Shaving Mug from 1938.

Looks like an old Ever Ready Shave Brush that was available through the Quarter Master starting in 1943. Also a Gem Featherweight razor.

I have this same Old Spice Shaving Mug. It was a gift one Christmas many years ago. Mine has a different ship on each side. One is Recovery - Salem - 1794 The other side is Grand Turk - 1786 - 1786
