businesses like these make a country run... what we need to support such and others is that every district must have a mini industrial area.. about 20 acrea of well designed space where such businesses are located.. welders carpentry, small scale of one production and packaging etc... he said he needs space to expand so with such a dedicated industrial estate all he does is go and rent an Already planned space and start operating...

You are doing a fantastic work to help the Ghanaian farmers to produce more food and creating job for Ghanaians. I honestly hope the government will look into such operations and come out with technical advice and financial support. NOTE : Try to use only stainless steel in the parts of the machinery where the product comes into direct contact with the machine. Yes the stainless steel is more expensive but that's the standard and regulation for food processing equipments. Kudos to you.
@davidquartey
@davidquartey Ай бұрын
Why is stainless steel the right metal for food metal contact?
@victorashong7429
@victorashong7429 Ай бұрын
Because of the materials used in making stainless steel and long lasting durability, stainless steel is treated or coated with a film in order to reduce or prevent interact chemically with other substances of its surface, also prevents the iron from oxidizing. Despite constant water passing over the surface or bump and scratches from tools and other uses, stainless steel remains corrosion resistant, it actually able to self-heal in the presence of oxygen. The smooth surface prevent places for Bacteria growth also prevent corrosion and contacting with the processing food. Corrosion and Bacteria growth not healthy for human consumption.

Bravo to you guys,this is the type of motivation and innovation that Africa needs to move forward. Keep on this way,and don't waste your precious time to always be talking about politics like most Ghanaians do,forgetting the wise words of President Kennedy that one should not ask what the nation has done for them,but rather what has one done for his nation. NB: There's a new form of welding that doesn't use welding rods or the Arc system of welding,but it uses wires that looks like copper. Try finding that out,as the arc system of welding is no more used in advanced countries. It is obsolete and this very important to know. You are not considered a welder in Europe if you are not familiar with the new form of welding that uses the copper-like wire,and which has totally replaced the welding rod,because no one practices arc welding in either Europe or America anymore ! I know what l am saying because l am a welder too ! Keep on with the good works !
