I have a Samsung washing machine, Dryer, dishwasher and fridge and have never had any problems, they are absolutely amazing and very smart appliances, i have the Samsung Bespoke AI 12Kg washing machine Samsung Bespoke AI 9Kg Dryer Samsung Bespoke AI 4-door French design Fridge Samsung Bespoke AI Dishwasher I bought all 4 Appliances together 3 years ago and I would highly recommend them, there’s absolutely nothing wrong with Samsung appliances, i will never understand why people hate the brand so much

Hi guys, donot break ur head with AI, WIFI...Just think of a company which gives maximum warranty on the motor, and direct drive for noise less operation. And the availability of spares and service in your area. In real life scenario we wont bother using all these features, and less AI and electronics less after market service expenses

@@DhrubaJyotiDJ thanks bro, noted, but my washing machine's( one for our clothes and one for door mats) or dishwasher still needs me to load the clothes or utensils, or to load the detergent liquid or salt, Before pressing the button. So I walk to the machine to do the loading and pressing the button. tadaaa..it's done. I won't go to the bedroom or tv room to switch on the washing machine. My advice from the last 18 years of using the washing machine.. Its purely my personal opinion. with experience. I am using smart devices for lights , fans , music,. Let me hope and wish that we get new technology which loads the clothes and dishes automatically with a control on mobile. Then I will definitely buy it. All smiles no worries...

If the app gets deprecated then we will have to use the buttons at the end of the day, so might as well familiarise yourself and learn how to be efficient, plus the tactile feel you get is something an app can never replicate. And I wouldn't like yet another company to make an Ad profile on me, just cause I happened to do my dirty laundries. And an advice to the other commenter is to watch Louis Rossmann, to see how people are swindled out of their hard earned money just cause a big corporations figured out that they can "save" what is chump change to them either by not maintaining the app or possible because they just don't want to.

Lot of appliances comes with front glass and touch buttons, in my case my Induction, Microwave. So I am guessing that's also a no no for you as you will miss button smashing. And I use home assistant not the application from the company. Also just because something has an option to use it via internet doesn't mean it will not work offline or without the app. I think you need first hand experience because surely you're views are based on someone else's opinion.

Thanks very much for the video! Wanted to check on few things, 1. Does it support adding items once a wash cycle has already been started? 2. Does it use the conventional belt-driven motor only? 3. What is the next quickest wash cycle for this one after 15-minute? 4. Is it possible to pull the entire detergent tray outside for occasional manual cleaning? 5. The model that you have shown in this video has the number - WW90T504DAN1TL. However, the Amazon link shows WW90T604DLN1TL. Though, they look same. Does it imply the Amazon's one is the latest version of this model? Would be really helpful if you could feedback on above queries! :)

I think adding items after starting the wash cycle is called 'Add Wash'. Please check if your particular model has that feature. If it does, you will find tutorials online to learn how to use it. If not, I guess you can't.

Is it normal this AI version door start to vibrate when it spin ? I have this problem when i bought it. Samsung call centre reply it is normal for AI washer. Does your door vibrate 2-3seconds like it is coming off when it start to spin?

@@TheGrapevineIndia the Drum where the clothes are actually held is the actual capacity of the machine. Companies are cheating in the inner drum size where the Clothes are held. The weight e.g. 8kg should be the dry clothes weight that the machine can wash. Well known branded companies have now started to cheat on this spec. Their earlier models had a better Inner Drum size. The weight mentioned is not true most of the time

The look of your videos (sharpness, lighting etc.) is not consistent. I am not sure if you are setting your Camera to Auto mode and hence the difference or you are intentionally experimenting with different settings. Although not a big deal, it does take away a certain amount of from the overall watching experience, especially when you are watching back-to-back videos.

Hi, generally it is OK to load the washing machine upto 60-70% capacity.

Please don't purchase Samsung washing machine go for bosch or lg. They are doing sponsorship. I jave trapped and brought Samsung washing machine front load now its vibrating a lot during spin. Go blindly with Bosch or lg dont listen to them .

Initially, due to balancing issues, the washing machine vibrated excessively. After I escalated the matter through Twitter and customer care, an engineer was sent to address the issue. Following this, a customer relations manager reached out to me to inquire about the problem and instructed their subordinate to take prompt action. The next day, two members of the Samsung team arrived and resolved the issue. Since then, I have not encountered significant problems with the machine, provided it is placed on a level surface. Lastly, I must commend Samsung for their excellent after-sales service.

Hi, is Ecobubble Worth? Please give me a real option! I am planning to buy either samsung ecobubble or LG AI Direct Drive. Points on LG vs Samsung 1. LG has Direct Drive Motor, No Belt system involved. So more efficient 2. It also have this AI tech 3. 6+ motions for cleaning 4. Same rpm for both :1400rpm 5. Both have mobile application to control 6. Both with lot of presets for washing LG has Direct Drive Motor and samsung has Ecobubble. Please tell me is ecobubble worth ? I believe you will give me a honest and valid option
