Mam I want to ask u 1 thing I have a Indian Star Turtoise is it That safe to Handle him by hand or I have to wear Glows . Bcz many peoples saying that Turtoise have Bacterial infections and all that will cause you by touching them

Unless your tortoise has been living in unclean and/or crowded conditions, you’re perfectly safe handling your tortoise. Do wear gloves when handling poop though!
