Multiple states across the country are banning the teaching of critical race theory in schools. In a Florida state board meeting, a last-minute amendment was added to the original proposal. It spells out that critical race theory as well as the 1619 Project, are examples of theories that distort historical events and are inconsistent with the state board standards. Many attendees showed their support in protest after a member of the Northside Coalition of Jacksonville called on the board to allow teachers to teach the truth. CJ Pearson, campaign manager for Georgia Gubernatorial candidate Vernon Jones, joins the show to discuss the banning of critical race theory.

@@michaelwilliams853 Black is not scientifically known as a human genome, those who created the identity black, were Europeans removing the identity of Africans, so that they could create for themselves a NEW SOCIAL CONSTRUCTED identity, that would hide their own minority status. Due Europe is a continent where several countries sit, they are several different minority groups of people from the European continent. The European created a way to cheat the census population count, due they are outnumbered per representation via each country. For example the largest demographic of a single group out of Europe, are German Americans, their total population is only 13.1% percent of the populations . The African Americans population is 14.1% of the total U.S population. There aren't any Black people or White people, these are social constructs and black is assigned, white identity is chosen. Where is it that black is a state of mind? How do you conceptualize the ideology that black is mental, other than those who created and assigned black identity, where psychologically inept due they are European imperialist whose only goal was to hide their minority status and lie that under color they are the majority. Knowledge is a state of mind, know thyself.

In 2023, we have the most illiterate generation to ever graduate high school. Imagine if "educators" actually taught Reading, Writing, Science, Social Studies and Arithmetic. You know, to actually challenge, educate and prepare kids for a successful adult life. Nope. Public schools are infested with alphabet people using our kids for their own personal validation because their own sense of self revolves around their sexual preference and they insist your grade-schoolers know about it. Then we have the crt advocates pushing identitarianism with an extremely myopic and corrosive ideology. But let's keep lowering standards and eroding key preconditions for placement or advancement: Graduation is for participation. The only remaining standard is attendance. It's no wonder seniors are graduating with a tested 6th grade reading level.

To be clear: 1. Darwin's Theory of Evolution teaches that there is a such thing as race; and that so-called white people are the most "Evolved" of the "races". [Darwin's Theory of Evolution is false; as it is not supported by evidence] 2. History not mystery. 3. C. J. Pearson says "We can learn from the past." 4. Absolutely! Then, later, he can't name one critical race theorist who makes the claim he's making, and he says it's about the whole body of work. He can't honestly make that argument if he hasn't read the entire "body of work" and I seriously doubt he has if he hasn't even read the 1619 Project. But whether he's read the entire body of work or not, he should be able to name one theorist who has made the claim he's making just one time and he can't even do that. Probably because no critical race theorist has said what he claims. So if he isn't even aware of one theorist who has said that, he can't really make the claim that he's judging the entire "body of work" if he can't be sure that one claim is even in that body of work or not.

They teach that white Europeans brought violence and imperialism to the Americas and leave out the Inca and the Aztecs who were imperialists that conquered and killed all of their neighbors. They also leave out how the Carib are from the Orinoco River Basin and they conquered the Caribbean Islands. They also leave out all of the Native Americans who conquered and killed each other. Did they ever teach you in school that there’s a Native American pyramid outside of St. Louis called Cahokia which was the size of the pyramids in Mexico. The Mississippi People are a Native American tribe with huge cities who conquered and enslaved all of their neighbors. Critical Race Theory also leaves out that the British forced the Brazilians and the Ottoman Empire to ban slavery and the slave trade.

They look at decaying inner cities (controlled by Democrats for decades) and wonder how elite whites keep POC under their thumb, voting in lockstep. Oops, that was with Obama, with 11 months left until the election. But with Trump, apparently , 30 days before the election is fair game for them to ramrod their nominee through without the voters having a say. As far as "fiscal conservatism", they only mean that when a Democrat is in office. When it's them in office, there isn't an unpaid tax cut that will explode the debt that they won't sign off on. Could go on all day, but there's always Jan 6, to further prove their hypocrisy. They thought people were dumb enough to think that it was Antifa, who did it to "make them look bad". If you don’t support pride month/gay programs shown to children, you’re homophobic, etc. I’d say the Democrats are bigger cons since they always preach equality and making the lives of minorities better when most of our run-down neighborhoods haven’t changed much at all under democratic leaders. Take race out of the equation, CRT is a modernist revisionist view that isn’t in the slightest objective or historically accurate. The notion that the basis of american history and economics is rooted in black southern slavery is a key CRT talking point and is displayed in textbooks. Slavery was largely not practiced in the north since inception, average southerners didnt practice either, skyscrapers and railroads were built mostly by non black immigrants, slavery decades before the civil war wasnt economically efficient, slavery flattened wages for the average white worker in the south, and offset American industrialization. CRT is not objective or rooted in fact and statistically our school systems civic, historical, and government curriculums are compromised making todays public school students less competitive. For years, our history has been distorted by this version of American exceptionalism. I took my history courses in Texas. In Middle school I was taught a heavily modified and propagandized version of Texas history. Throughout high school I was taught a version of American history that leaned towards American nationalism that swept anything inconvenient to that narrative under the rug. It wasn't until college that I was taught all the things that were being censored and edited out of my history. None of those issues were something I was incapable of handling as a middle schooler or high schooler. I want politicians to stop dictating what we learn, it's censorship, plain and simple to say that it's inappropriate for certain things to be taught about history as it might cause people to 'hate their country'. No? Being critical of my country's history is what helps foster positive change in the future. We need to know the past to learn from its mistakes. If we're not taught what that past, both the positives and the negatives, then how are we supposed to fix anything going forward?

Like the Law, Housing, Education and Schools, etc. In other words, how RACE plays a part in American Society. How people are treated because of their race. Where is it in there that Hate is being taught. CRT is American History. The young guy iss trying to frame it and define it with dumb conservative talking points. I'm sure he knew before hand what the discussion was going to be about before he came on the show and didn't prepare himself. And that's exactly what talking points do. Pretend that you know what you're talking about, don't answer questions, then look smug as if you're the smart person in the room. I'm willing to bet that he probably believe that the Bell Curve is factual. And that's exactly how American Society treat people who are different. Just like the Bell Curve. Where Whites are viewed as naturally smarter than African Americans? No matter what Black People do, either speaking on.why the police want to KILL them for nothing, why they can't live where they want to, how come they can't walk in places without be criminally harassed by police. @bonitaapplebum00 Actually, the only thing that is clear is that both have familiarized themselves with their side’s talking points. MLH is educated on a narrow, academic version of CRT, but seems almost unaware of the broader, popular cultural and political phenomena. If we asked him to state what critiques he has read of CRT, we’d probably get the same deer-in-the-headlights blank stare we get from CJ.

Bottom line quit trying to blame the victims for what the victimizer put one group of Americans through. Critical Race Theory points out the disparities in America's judicial economic and political systems. that are based on America's white supremacy. I like how he tried to switch it up with "here's the thing" after Marc called him out on that. The fact is, this young man has been bamboozled to think the way he does. It's sad because you begin to see that he doesn't even believe what he's saying because he has no knowledge of what he's talking about other than the talking points he may have been briefed on. Maybe there's some magical anvil that will drop on his head and knock some sense into him but sadly he's the type of misinformed "doing it for my people" types that are certainly not for the black community.
