He is wrong about cannabis. Cannabis is extremely anti inflammatory. He's misreading the data. People with exceptionally high brain inflammation to start with are willing to risk cannabis use, which lowers brain inflammation from extremely high to perhaps slighty above average (depending on dose). Cannabis users are also much more likely to have been a victim of abuse/impoverished environment, which elevates brain inflammation. A typical individual from an enriched environment not understanding the brain implications of an impoverished environment.
