13:03 Dan's dough is dryer than Arin's. For Dan's it's hard to say for sure because he remade his but assuming off of the first go it's most likely because 1. he used non-melted butter, 2. he didn't know how much butter to add, most like didn't add enough, and 3. overall impreciseness of the equipment makes measuring difficult anyway The reason Arin's dough appeared more normal is because he used liquid butter and added more liquid ingredients than necessary in the case of eggs and vanilla (mostly the eggs). But the proportions of the ingredients weren't right for cookies, resulting in the cookie-lookalikes. It was almost batter-like, whereas normally with chocolate chip cookies you want just enough liquid ingredients to incorporate all the dry ones. They look like they had fun though :) this episode is so good, it's kind of funny to see how close they got to actual cookies even with the added challenge
