Did this at the gym today….. it was a spicy one….especially those incline runs. I did about 5K. My quads are on fire👍🏾🏃🏾🥵🔥

Took me a few tries before I could keep up with Shelly! I was so pleased with myself until she started on her lunges...nearly killed me, and then she got back on the treadmill for another run! This woman is incredible. I now follow her routine and Jenny's and end my session with Shelly's after run stretches. Just wish gym box will post more treadmill routines like these.

omg thanks for this ! i was having fun. u r such a fun trainer like i really imagined myself running to see my crush in shopping mall lol and bought him ice coffee trololo. srriously i was feeling great after this workout !!!! u talked a lot and motivated me in this workout , again thanks again. tq for spreading positive energy. u got lots of humours. ☺😊😀😁 im looking forward more exercise routine from u !!

I get vertigo when attempting any direction other than straight forward on the treadmill so I skip the side exercises or substitute for stairsteppers or butttouchers. Also the ads every few minutes really mess with my stride. Otherwise it is an okay run but too much time suckage for me. I need short and effective. If you training for a marathon this is for you!

at least you like to work out sometimes you should push your self little more go 9 10 as far as you can I push my self all the time im at 10 mph I boost it up to 11 .8 mile then 12 for final stretch or 13 now is too slow for me to push my self at 800 meter

9 mph is just me casually jogging fast run not quite a sprint for me 17-20 mph and cross country I go 9 mph average plus I was not tired and never tried till the race end trololololololololololololololololololol
