pretty sure they already do that, with or without him lol
@syncringe188511 ай бұрын
@@Atomicitalia Stress testing in a real world environment vs lab can show different results. Especially depending on certain locational differences. With him they can have a variety of repeated tests just from him having it. IE repeated movements over a few years. Due to hacksmith they can learn if it creates something such as a vibration that could be harmful to either the product, the attachment point, or the potential for the person.. Things like that. Another thing is how long will it last with what can be somewhat expected as standard use vs actual use. If they run lab tests with what they believe would be standard use and he uses it differently. Well to put it in terms I actually understand. Its like having the devs play a game vs the public. The public will find a lot more bugs than the devs 99% of the time.

Wow! How nice of you to lend him a hand! I'll see myself out.

Would have loved to see more footage including his prosthetist (yes, that was the correct word) who did the shape capture of the residuum and fabricated the checksocket. There are also other bionic hands on the market which are very similar to the Psyonic such as the BeBionic and the Michelangelo.

This is really cool and wholesome, but imagine if sometime in the future its not uncommon for your arm to get hacked

This reminds me a lot of Meta Runner (Short Version: In a society where video games are front and center, people actually volunteer to cutting off their arms and replace it with cybernetic implants that enhances their reflexes and such to be better at videogames). Technically it seems like the prosthetic seems to be cabable of that. Or am i wrong?

His reaction is priceless! What you did is very sweet. Being the Hacksmith, we all know you did it because you wanted to and not for the views. Congratulations on you and the team for changing this dude's life for the better!

I love this format. Like the old times without the extra drama and flamboyance and stuff. Just the team making something and then trying it

Soooo wholesome, the natural joy when he realize that he can keep the hand has no price. You just made him incredibly happy with that. And you made my day. Seeing things like this makes me feel so good, so cute reactions. Edit: and yeah, the arm/hand looks really amazing too.

He’s like Anakin Skywalker and Luke Skywalker. Not only you made a real lightsaber, but you made a bionic arm for an amputee. We’re probably going to turn the world into Star Wars and it’ll become real.
