I’m guessing they are outcrossed frequently with other breeds, I would be interested in mallard x Indian runner duck crosses. Mallards hold the record for being the longest living, so they have good genetics for longevity and health. This is something I want in any breed. It would be nice to have runners that are good mothers.

I have 2 ducks and 14 chicken's what color are your ducks if they are white they are pekins witch what I have if they are like runner ducks there the ones in the vid if they are wood ducks they are Brown you just have to look up duck breeds and see witch ones you have

You can put female ducks with silkies. Watch out with mail ducks. They will rape the silkies unless they have at least 2 or 3 female ducks with them.
