I find it comforting when you demonstrate on your own head, neck, etc. what you are going to do/are doing 😊 The steamer and gloop gloops continue to be very nice triggers. The jelly ball and corn-on-the-cob holders 🌽 sounded and looked cool also. And the way you executed/edited the transition from the steaming to the hair brushing was great!

Another truly relaxing video Dee! 🙏Your calming care is always the true highlight in every video! 💙 Once again there we’re so many great soothing triggers in this it’s hard to single some out. Hair brushing, hand movements, tracing and those beautiful whispers are some favorites. I really loved the verbal triggers in this too. Loved how you talked about the focus on breathing and reminders to release and let go of tension and “surrender to that quiet place”. This was one of those videos I could not stop watching it was that soothing …..that is ….until I fell asleep 😆

I will not be revealing my real age, but let's just say my headaches are an old friend i would rather not have known all these years. Slow to grasp asmr just simply because i am a.b. normal by nature. Once i did (thank you to 4 other beautiful souls dedicated to this very healing art form (fan of reiki and guided meditation for again decades, so that part i understood) some real healing began and i am grateful to you all. My day was so bad yesterday I just got all emotional but today my day was a lot better today I walked early with my mom and spent most of my day either in or beside my swimming pool!
