Ima just be honest, this video was completely inappropriate to be posted online. It’s one thing if you wanted to ask the children what they felt about her..but to have a complete bashing session then post it online is insane. I think if a person takes a job to be a nanny and they know there are 3 babies, they should know what they applied and signed up for. This should be a sign to any other nanny that if you play with the children in this family, you'll be exposed PUBLICLY. I know she wasn’t qualify when she described her personality, and that was before we found out anything else out…its was your job as the parent/employer to do the vetting or finding someone with hiring experience…some companies are even using AI now as part of their interview process to make sure they’re not just hiring any random person that fills out an application… her poor kids look so uncomfortable, and confused… again why is it on camera??? As a child-free nanny of 10 years that has worked with influencers and high profile families, I’m 100% sure she’s seen this by now. I feel like some parents indirectly alienate their kids from the nanny with conversations like this. Yes listen to what they have to say, but there is a way to be respectful about it to where she isn’t being laughed at etc or made a spectacle of. If 2 of my nanny kids were saying “just stay out my way” that would subconsciously effect the way I bond with them. Imagine you have a boss and you make a mistake or miss the mark and you get on KZbin to find they made a video before you even get notified of an upcoming meeting. Not only that but hundreds of comments of people discussing your performance before you can even make a change. No one would feel comfortable with that, it seems shady and breeds a toxic work environment for her although it’s your home. I think she may have been confused about her role. I know you mentioned still helping out since it was hard to let go, understandably. But then the kids are saying “oh isn’t that your job”. I mean, one minute it’s “her job” the next you guys are okay with helping out which can be confusing. She’s a nanny not a “mothers helper” which is a completely different job. Thats the point of calling peoples references so you can trust they are qualified, and then give them space to flow and work while following your household rules. It hasn’t even been a month yet so she has to adjust. The nudging of your babies head and not wiping your toddler part is unacceptable but I myself have came behind parents to find left behind poop myself while cleaning a pee diaper. I would never and make sure I wipe kids until there’s nothing seen on the wipe-- but I don’t judge the parents for a one off mistake because people are human. I just think we have to give people grace and be patient sometimes. The comment about lunch being one hour off, please be so for real? She’s just now adjusting to your schedule and how y’all do things. Maybe she thought the girls wouldn’t eat the nuggets a different way than they were used to. Her performance being compared to what you and your husband can do together with the help of your children is unrealistic. The nanny is one person with 2 arms. Nannie’s aren’t superhuman. Yes, 3 kids is manageable but no one can say that 3 kids under 3 isn’t extremely demanding for everyone. Whether you are a parent or not. I also notice parents with a lot of kids sometimes will say oh you’re just here for the younger ones, yet you’re spending time with the older ones too. They said she goes on walks, cooks, bakes cookies from scratch, does activities, follows your rule of no screen time, and takes the older kids on field trips etc but then employers like you will belittle the role and call someone lazy after everything she’s done to help out. Then yall left the house one day and im sure you had peace of mind knowing there was an adult back home and a line of defense there to protect ALL of the children if something went wrong. So really she’s there for more than just the babies despite the older ones being more independent. Parents usually do this to try to pay a cheaper rate and get over, it may not be the case here but that’s worth mentioning because it causes resentment. Also it’s hard to believe that a career nanny wouldn’t clean the child related areas before clocking out. If you are paying highschool babysitter type rates expecting someone with the skills of a career nanny that can be an issue as well. I bet this is so hurtful and to the Nanny if you are reading this I’m sorry girl 💕 I hope you can find a family that is understanding, values your efforts, transparent, respects your privacy, and who are direct with you. Btw I say this with respect and hopefully you find the perfect fit for your family as well

Your response is perfect and I couldn't agree more. As a former nanny of 3 children there is an adjustment phase. Parents will need to give grace where there may be some mistakes because we all make mistakes at our jobs at times and even in parenting! It's unfair because we don't get to hear the nanny's side of the story. I'm sure there were things she didn't like. I think she's been fired before this video was posted. The children did enjoy having the Nannie there as they learnt new skills and made it clear she was there for the younger ones meaning they don’t and shouldn’t have to changed the younger ones. I was surprised at this because they always showed they enjoy looking after their younger siblings. All I can say is a time and place for all things I don’t believe this was the right place at all. Based on this video i would like to give my opinion / a tip. I believe in the first video you did give her an idea of what you wanted but it is also your first time having a nanny and het first time being your nanny. I would suggest giving her a schedule to stick to so from this to this time babies need to be put down for a nap. From 11.00 lunch needs to be started and ready by 12. This will help her structure her day and time better. Also give her clear instructions like you explained your daughter is potty trained but she still needs assistance wipping herself etc. This should be informed prior to. Realizing a week later that baby has shit stains is a no for me. I believe you also said in your video with your husband you kinda wanted her to fly solo so you dont have to necessarily micro manage however, i understand that, but i would take 1 month of showing her your routine and exactly how you like things done. I have had cleaners for example and i think same goes for them not because your a cleaner means you will clean how i like to clean so in the beginning i specified and showed her exactly how i like it because i feel like that helps getting the job done as i would like it done. Once these things are done she would then be able to of course do her job alone but she needs more instruction and structure to her schedule. Wish you luck with the nanny and hope it gets better.

I get the transparency part of the video but I’m sure they filter out what they share on KZbin in regards to their kids and marriage so why not leave this out… transparency does work both ways this nanny would not be wrong for telling her experience… a nanny has to get adjusted to a family of 10 , 10 personalities and different sibling and parent dynamics. Mom is teaching the kids to be bitter and not correct them nor teach proper communication skills. No real family meeting, everything is content. (Sad) 5. KZbin pays the bills so Let's create anything for KZbin even if we kook bad. 6. Someone looks thirsty for contents. 7. The kids have no social life. (Not fair to them) 8. Mom doesn't listen to her subscribers and viewers and think we care about their whole personal life (we don't) 9. The older kids are the nannies, parents' main job is setting up cameras record everything, barely any edits... and post. This was Super Disappointing to watch. Home schooling has its advantages and disadvantages. One is the chiildren appear to live in a "Capsule" thoroughly becoming dependant upon one another thereby lacking interaction with other persons. Nanny BEWARE!!! Mrs Henry, you are doing a sure disservice posting this video of your family. I am sure you had good intentions, but this is a sure miss and fail

I listened to the entire live and honestly, I think your mom should have a say on who you have as a nanny. Since your mom is familiar with the kiddos and knows the routine and time management skills like science she would be a great example to follow for the nanny. To help encourage whatever she is lacking.❤
