Wooden pins are solid wood except a hole on the bottom, probably to fine tune the weight. So how do you get a 5 pound pin? Regulation pins are from 3lb 6oz to 3lb 10oz.

I'm 25 years old and have Hydrocephalus. I've had over 100 brain operations since the age of 2, and suffered from a stroke at the age of 9 in 2007. I started bowling a couple of years after I had the stroke when I began to walk again, and a few years later bowled a 243. I ended up throwing 11 strikes in a row, 9 of them being in my 243 game. I hit my first strike in the 4th frame, and didn't miss until the 3rd frame of my next game.

Ok. 3 shotl bowling. Each player throws 3 shots per turn 1 shot bowling. Each player only gets one shot per frame Backup ball bowling. Only can throw backup balls Through the legs bowling 😅 Opposite leg forward bowling. Must have your opposite finish leg forward for each shot That's all I can think of for now. I hope you try these
