Today, we're making + eating a homemade version of one of my favorite burgers from Jupiter, FL where I grew up. This burger may be the only single patty burger I actively crave, and I am so thrilled that I'm able to make it at home! Restaurant info below along with the v short recipe!

Recipe:
Form 85/15 blend beef into 6 or 8 oz patties (I did 6.5 today). Season with salt and sear over medium high heat till caramelized on either side and cooked to your liking. Then served on toasted buns with white balsamic honey mustard, crumbled goat cheese and arugula -- however much you want!
White balsamic honey mustard:
1/4 C mayo
1/4 C dijon mustard
1/4 C honey
1 tbsp white balsamic
Mix all together and you're done!
