You can prove bread by just leaving it on the work surface in an oiled glass bowl with a tea towel over the top (that should stop the skin forming). Also, don't knead the bread too much! It overworks the flour and makes the dough 'tight' - it won't prove correctly and will not puff up either :D Technically, you can prove bread in the fridge but you have to leave it for much longer. The longer it proves, within reason, the richer the flavour.

If you want to learn bread making I'd recommend a channel here on KZbin called bake with jack. He has a whole series on his channel where he walks you through the foundation of making yeasted dough. One of the best tips I picked up is if you use room temperature water, active yeast, and let your dough rise at room temperature then it will all work out. You don't have to actually stress about the temperature of your liquid or finding the warmest place in your house.

Ich mein wir haben Gouda und Emmentaler/Massdammer als Stück. Cheddar gibt es natürlich auch. Bei unserem Real habe ich den gelblichen Cheddar schon als Stück gesehen! Laut Google gibt es von Kerrygold ein großes Cheddarstück oder man müsste es halt im Internet bestellen. Zudem bin ich sicher, dass man auch Scheibenkäse aufeinander legen kann (im Ofen schmilzt ja eh alles :D)

They don't eat like this everyday. 💕 They eat a pretty clean/ balanced diet and workout. She does Crossfit so her muscles burn more calories at resting than a person who doesn't workout. She also has another channel where she shows what she does for diet and workout.
