The NASCAR Playoffs are now a third of the way done before the 2024 finale at Phoenix, four have been eliminated and 12 remain in the accurately named Round of 12. Today we look at these 12 drovers and how they perform at each type of track that we have in the second round of the NASCAR Cup Series Playoffs. This is the 2024 NASCAR Playoffs Round of 12 Preview.

I already had the feeling Briscoe would break out at Gibbs next year, but he's not even waiting that long to show what he's got! This could be the makings of one hell of a Cinderella swan song run. I mean, let's not forget 2022 when he was one restart away from making it to Phoenix, where he had already won that year! (Seriously, that Martinsville final restart may have changed modern NASCAR history in more ways than just the Hail Melon.)

What I think they need to advance Briscoe: Win/hope someone chokes Bowman: Finish in the top 5 at those 3 races and score a lot of stage points and maybe a win Suarez: Win Cindric : Win / get a lot of points Logano: Locked in(Even number year baby!!!) Elliott: stay consistent and try to win atleast 1 of those races Hamlin: Win Kansas / Talladega or Get a crap ton of stage points and finish every race inside the top 3(maybe get rid of Lulu just for good measure 😂) Byron: Win at the Roval or stay supper consistent Blanney: Win Talladega/stay super consistent Reddick: Stay consistent (maybe win at the Roval) and or pray the Ford's choke at Talladega again Bell: Don't choke at Kansas and try to win at the Roval Larson: Don't wreck

Actually mine have two chalk answers and two interesting picks. My two chalk ones are Cindric and Suarez get eliminated. My interesting picks are Hamlin and Logano, I just don’t think both are consistent enough lately. This is gonna sound absolutely wild, but I think Larson gets eliminated this round. Something just tells me weird stuff happens and things don’t go his way at Kansas and Talledega and he’s forced into a must win scenario at the roval but can’t get it done. Not doubting his talent or ability, I just have a feeling Lady Luck will deal a bad hand.
