PBD parenting/teaching should be on the school curriculum, he is so right with regard to spoiled kids now doing nothing to earn what they get, just spending other peoples hard earned money, not all, but many. There is no discipline and kids really do need disipline and structure in order to learn and function. He really is a great role model, not just to his own kids but to everyone who watches and listens to him, he is straight up, no nonsense and holds his values without compromise. Your clueless lol. Sorry I got to be the one to bust your bubble but his ultra strict parenting style is more flawed than not. On paper it sounds ideal but the fact of the matter is kids who are grow up in these super strict, controlling home environments almost always end up rebelling and becoming fuck ups in their teens- 20s- 30s. It's common sense, really. His kids are going to grow so resentful that they can't just live a little and have normal, more fun lifestyles like their peers. That resentment turns into rebellion and from there the skies the limit. Often times the stricter you are the worse the outcome. Drugs, promiscuity, depression, crime, all the above. I agree there should be some structure but his style is just plain overboard. Might want to think twice before yall start praising this man. Also, another thing to note is that his kids are still young so it's easy to mold them the way he wants. I'd be interested in an honest update from Pat once they hit their teens.

you know, most kids go through a rebellious streak, regardless of their upbringing, its a teenage thing rather than a parenting thing. But his kids will be well read, well educated and will know that the world does not owe them, they have to earn it, and once the rebellious period is over, they will be in a far better place than those who have just been given everything regardless of their behaviour. @@PK-le2ok

@@titanattackbee1985yeah these scumbags are more successful and powerful than ever… I’m a conservative who loves strong people who don’t take shit, but it’s sad to see people flocking to guys like this. Why are people even giving them the time of day? I’ll tell you why. It’s because they don’t have anyone else to look up to who exudes such charisma or strength. Our leaders in politics, general society, entertainment, academics, sports, etc., etc. are weak as can be… so guys like Tate and co. just fill the void. It’s theirs for the taking and they take it. Social media is both the cause and the symptom. Fundamental academic philosophy (the greats,) which is something people generally loathe, is one of the ways we could get out of this. Even just surface level understandings could greatly improve discourse and exchange of information. The fact is though, that lots of young men are just disenfranchised and simply want to escape the matrix, and have no idea how to do that. They are lost. They feel found when they hear guys like Tate.

As a Reformed Protestant Christian I have trouble understanding how anyone can see Tate as anything other than a charlatan- PBD is giving benefit of the doubt I suppose (and his explanation about curiosity). I appreciate his openness about faith and can respect that even if I disagree on a few specifics. I’ll be praying for you all on your journey to truth.

Loved hearing Patrick’s values and wisdom❤️🔥 sad that his generation is the last with true values but also hopeful for the next generation to follow guys like him and get inspired!! The world needs to start thinking deeper and include God in their life and keep on trying to do good…don’t follow the flock and go with what is the INN thing!! People need to wake up and start thinking and search for wisdom🙌

This was probably the best Podcast yet. I was stuck in place for what seemed like 15 mins and almost 2 hours went by. PDB answers your questions with so much understanding and satisfaction and I love the way he handled the LGBTQ question. These days those letters and the truth will bring a riot. No on hates them or really care but when they start grooming children its a problem for everyone. Like he said if you're born gay you're gonna be gay no matter what you don't need it reinforced and shoved down your throat in elementary school.

Nobody "grooms" children, thats just lies. Go to Thailand and tell me how all these trans people are getting "groomed?" Only difference between Thailand other places is they let natural amount of trans be allowed to live outside of the closet.

Graham you got to be comfortable calling the right from wrong. You are super smart guy to keep being in the middle (finding middle ground) is equal to getting apart from honesty and become someone else you will loose yourself in translation. You got the best advise from the great PBD. Awesome interview

His ultra strict parenting style is more flawed than not. I'd be interested in an honest update from Pat once they hit their teens
