Bringing Linus Tech Tips would show Graham what and how it means to scale/delegate. He too did the same thing, but now he has writers, who have also become personalities themselves. Graham, go watch GamersNexus interview with Linus. He shows and went deep in where LMG started from (his house and kitchen sink) and now they are in a f*ing warehouse.

Oh god yes please try and bring on linus. Even just a 1 on 1 over zoom since hes in the bs Canada. This really is among Graham's better videos, where you get insight into various processes. Although "changing tastes" can be a factor affecting viewership and (potentially) captive audience, fact is people get older (and hopefully wiser) for why they move on to other things. For why the thumbnails of Graham's main channel haven't appealed to me in a while. Truthfully "Iced Coffee Hour" would seem a less appealing name, but an interview with some fruitful back and forth is far better than just picking what's hot. And great that you didn't mute Serhart saying s---ty. :)

Graham! Part of growth mindset is never settling with status quo. You tell your viewers to change their behaviors to level up. What got you here won't get you there. You want to get to a certain place in your career, complacency and fear of the unknown/new won't help you level up. You have maybe gotten comfortable and people around you are telling you you need to break out of that box. Don't be stubborn because you are stunting your growth and potentially leaving money on that table because you don't want to pay others to do work you think you can do. However that will free you up to make bigger moves. You said 5 hours to prep and 5 hours to edit. That's 10 hours a day you could be focused on other ventures. Ryan is so right. And when he asked "You want to be doing this for ten years?" He had the face of "poor dude is going to be stuck with this". He's not wrong. Grow and adapt or die. Really get into a growth mindset and get out of your own way (stubbornness).

He is also very risk adverse and incredibly conservative. It's just his personality. Nothing wrong with playing it safe. But the reality remains, the greater the risk, the greater the potential for reward or failure. I think it all just boils down to what you are comfortable with as a business owner.
