Yes. I was in the Navy. Had 3 SEAL buddies. It can be done. It is possible. However, it is not probable. The average joe could never get thru BUDS. There is a reason only 20% of all that try it, make it. And in the winter time, the number goes down to 10-15% passing rate. I've seen them getting destroyed in Coronado. A person has to be both mentally and physically way above average to become a SEAL.

This is considered unconventional warfare. No matter how many terrorists are eraticated, there will be more people who are influenced to be recruited to their cause. I'd nap for an hr then be wide awake. I had to drink so many energy drinks during that period to survive at work. Which was so stressful. I ended up developing insomnia haha and one week I actually did just get 4 hrs of sleep and I slept 16 hrs on my day off and when I woke up, I woke up to eat and i went back to sleep for 10 hrs. Thankfully now my job is easy and my sleep schedule is back to normal 👍🏽

Becoming a SEAL practically boils down to mental strength. Of course physical capabilities are extremely important but look at many SEALS you see in real life; almost none of them are the bulky tanks you see on TV. A lot of SEALS just look like distance runners and they are more built for durability. To become a SEAL, you have to want it more than anything and that's where a lot of people fail. Their mental fortitude isn't strong enough and while they may want it, they don't want it enough. Being involved in any military special forces group requires you to give it your absolute all or you will get nothing.
