The President of the United States of America is one of the most prestigious titles one could be addressed with, but that title doesn't come without some serious dangers! Check out today's insane video that reveals some of the closest calls a President ever faced while in office as people have countlessly tried to assassinate the leader of the free world.

While Obama was in office, I was driving back to base from Washington D.C., having been there playing Pokemon Go all night. I left DC around 3-4am, and when I was driving up 17th street (which is right next to the White house,) I got swarmed by secret service on bikes and cars. It was pretty impressive how they managed to all get on me at once, but also kind of terrifying

John Hinckley technically didn’t “hit” Reagan. The bullet hit the car and fragments ricocheted off the bullet proof shell of the Presidential limousine. So in terms of accuracy he was absolutely awful!!! Honestly we know now due to the recent mall shooting that 40 yards is very possible to land efficient and effective shots!!!

The Theodore Roosevelt assassination leaves A LOT out. 1) Roosevelt DID NOT recover from this injury. He was too sick to campaign for the final months of the campaign. 2) Roosevelt died only months after the election, because of being shot and the health problems it caused. If you get shot DON'T do what Roosevelt did even if the would doesn't seem that bad, seek medical attention IMMEDIATELY.

Actually Richard Paul Pavlick was a veteran of World War One.... If I read correctly in fact he was born in 1887 at Belmont, New Hampshire so by the time of the entrance of the United States in World War Two in 1941, he would already been 54 years old, too old to be renlisted in the military...

There's an Infographics Show video about the president's level of security. It includes things like having to have an ambulance nearby at all times, having several pints of blood of the president's type on hand, and the need to be no more than 10 minutes away from the nearest hospital; with a Secret Service agent on hand in that hospital's ER to clear the way as soon as they get the word. Some of those measures might have been in place when Reagan was shot and they would have helped him survive.

Love your vids! In the narration I am noticing a trend of the assassins here…the “crazies” must be politically aligned to one side and they’re representative of the entirety of that side, right? Anyone who is mentally jacked up and attacks a person can only be reasonably assumed to be politically opposed?

This is one of the reasons why I don't plan on ever running as President even though it's very unlikely.

Some people also believe that Harding was assassinated and some believe that it was his wife who killed him
