how can I change the rgo of the provinces ?

Go into "history", then into "provinces", click on a region of your choosing (asia for this example), then you just click on which province you want, and change the "trade good" to whatever your desire.

i have a problem i cant change the .txt file to become .mod file no matter how much i try

I had this problem as well. I found a workaround, however. It requires that you already have a mod like HPM that comes with its own .MOD file. If you copy the .MOD file, change the info, and maybe rename the file, you should be good to go.

@@ksaweryohthatscool380 I may have been too fast and loose in my explanation. First, copy the .MOD file. Then, open it with Notepad (Notepad++ doesn’t seem to work with a .MOD file, but Notepad does) All you should have to do now is follow the instructions in the video.

well idk why but my mod is saved as video how can i open it with notepad?

Right click ---> Open with. It's not actually a video file, that's just windows being stupid about it.
