You’ll never go hungry in Isaan, I was just driving around and we were talking about how every meter of Isaan is used to Grow food of some type. The kebab is this closest to a burrito or Mexican food that I’m gonna find in Udon Thani. As for Mr. KFC we had a customer who claims he helped the Colonel set up 140 franchises in the early 1960s and he helped mix the secret spices. For Mr Sanders. He was kind of a cranky old Man, I said yea if you know the Secret recipe Why don’t you make some chicken and bring it to the store. It was months but he came through with a big batch. I got to tell you it was “finger licking good”. About a month before we retired to Thailand he came back in looking for some parts I told him your money‘s no good here just bring me some more chicken he promised he would I gave him the parts for free and I never saw him again. He’ll probably show up three months from now at the shop and the new owners will get to enjoy some delicious Kentucky fried chicken.

Great story Samuel. I'm going to do a video of our sister in law making her version of KFC, known here as KF MUM. Don't know what she puts in it but it's pretty close to the real thing. The secret will be revealed within the next few weeks. If we all mysteriously disappear, you'll know the Colonel still has sway 🤫

@@TheIsaanFarang No thanks necessary. My wife and I enjoy your videos.
