superb quality man. Do you use maths? I rely on listening to my body and eating well, I don't even count calories anymore since several years and this is the manner I am still progressing despite of being 34. I don't drink alcohol though

Video Suggestion: Train Planche, Frontlever at the same time or split. 2nd. Example Routine for Intermediate and Advance. What do you have to keep in mind for volume, intensity. How many sets for which goals, when to know when to up the sets and reps. How to track the progress effient. I always use Jacked10 by Gornation. :)
