This was during their career revival in 1974-75. The follow up to Rock and Roll Heaven. the open collar "Leisure Suit look that became prominent with the beginning of the disco era. it's sure looks silly now...I liked the suits better, they looked marvelous and dashing. However they could have worn Catholic Monk robes and still sing the greatest...they took duo singing to a higher level.

But I also advise you to listen to the disc version as well: the music stops completely, letting us believe that it ‘s over,then resumes with a drum pass as a gift to bring us to the final. This is one of my favorite songs of theirs! It didn't get promoted as much as it should have. It should have been a much bigger hit than it was. The Righteous Brothers were the absolute best!!!

I love this. Sweeter than most of their other songs. Always think it could either be sung to a sweetheart or a father to his little baby girl. About the clothes...that's how we rolled in the 70's. Lol.😂 And yes, you are pretty even with wet hair! :)

I've watched all your righteous brothers vids and wow, do you ever light up when bobby sings, i can only regret you never had the opportunity to hear them live in concert, the recordings are good, but their voices live were at another level entirely. Recordings have yet to be able to duplicate the true timbre of great voices.

I hated the hair in the 70s! That's why Elvis grew his hair the way he did, but I think he was much sexier before he let it grow as long as he did a couple yrs bfore he died. But Lordy his face especially his smile, there was Nobody sexier!
