Wow! If it wasn't for Marine World Existing. The T-rex would not sound the way we know in Jurassic Park. That baby elephants 🐘 last minute vocal was the key to make it sound right. RIP Marine Word. I hope Marine World comes back. It truely was an insane place. I recommend to everyone to watch the new documentary about it here on KZbin. The thumbnail says something like "This Park couldn't Exist Today " One of the elephants fron the park is actually in Star Wars with a big costume on to look like an alien creature. They had real tigers on leashes with trainers, that walked through the park where kids could pet a full grown tiger. You could get a kiss from an Orca whale or have it fly over you, free willy style! You could ride on an elephant. And they had a water skiing elephant show! This place was over the top. I think it should come back. The injuries I recall was from a zip line over a pool where people was actually hurt. I don't remember if any guest was ever hurt by an animal. The animals actually looked like they enjoyed the place , they get free food and and get to do cool stuff with humans. Not trapped behind glass . It looked very cohesive. All life having fun together.

The way they pulled off the Jurassic park dinosaurs was pretty cool.Although the Dragon Vermathrax is still quite awesome in Dragonslayer.Proving that puppets can still look pretty realistic in films.

Not the same, off the top of my head I recall a scene in the beginning talking about JP's box office success and how dinosaur movies have always been successes; later there was a scene talking about the animatronics of JP and how it creates realistic interactions with the actors. The only part in that clip I recall was the one where they round off all of the various animatronics they had to make.

Sorry for the late reply, but the version of this with the Jurassic Park footage was played on the Discovery channel. Perhaps they didn't have the rights to the footage when making the VHS. So they edited them out.

Gagh REPTILICUS! It was the first movie I ever walked out on, way back when it came out. Dad thought it would be cool to go see it with his GF of the time. MEH! Teachers should use this as an introductory learning aid in class. I'd say grade school level, but given the IQ level of today's students, you could still use it at University level. GAMERS! Now we have games coming out like the Simulators "Prehistoric Kingdom", and "Jurassic World: Evolution", both are theme park oriented. Then the MMO "The Isle", related to the ARK franchise.

Dinosaurs were not birds. Thats one of the stupidest theories ever. Birds have wings, dinosaurs didnt. As simple as that. Pteranodonts and pterodactyles were not dinosaurs so that doesnt count. The animals that are the closest to dinosaurs and we have today are lizards whereas birds are too far apart.
