Hey all. This is a build and showcase for Messmer's Spear, Spear of the Impaler. Spear of the Impaler is an amazing weapon, one of the best in Elden Ring's DLC Shadow of the Erdtree. This focuses on turning it into an OP Build and making the Best out of Messmer's Spear of the Impaler Faith and Dexterity weapon!
Other good talismans, if you want something other than Ritual Sword are the Two-handed new talisman, and the smithing talisman which will increase the damage on the throwing spear charged attack by around 80-100 damage.

A tip for anyone struggling with mother of fingers, lighting is the KEY bc she’s in water especially the knights lighting spear (new incantation for dlc) I used the lights lighting spear and shredded her in seconds

My favorite weapon so far has been the Dryleaf arts with the kicking ash of war with the frost affinity it’s been an absolute blast to play! The other faith weapon I really wanna try though is the euphoria

Good video, a few things I'd like to add to make the build even that much better would be Fire Knights Seal (If you also plan on using Messmer Incantations) & I really think two headed turtle talisman is very essential for stamina recovery due to how stamina hungry the build is. Great video!

I have a great overpowered build, probably the best weapon right now. Use the "Fiends Blood Arm", with the blood affinity on and use some form of buff ash of war such as Royal Knight Resolve. Every single time you use thw strong attack, it bleeds. You dont need to build up bleed, it nust immediately bleeds. Please test this out ❤!! (PS: obviously use bleed upgrades like Lord of Bloods Exultation and White Mask, so on and so forth)

You're missing out on extra damage with the winged serpent and fire knight chest. You can easily hit 51 poise with solitude greaves and gauntlets.

I had 51 poise early in the video, still got knocked down easily lol and yep! The helm boosts the incantations too. Fire knight is only 5% though I believe.

Only way would be to beat 1 remembrance & do Varre’s quest then beat Radahn. Probably take you like an hour to get back to the DLC that way.

Absolutely! I’m on 1.12. It was prob too much before the game launched. They do a lot of “quiet nerfs” & balances. I have a feeling though we’ll see some buffs in the next patch too.

The fire part scales with faith. Dexterity is for the physical damage.

I'm sorry but I'm I think Spear of the impaler is absolutely trash garbage and not even good as everyone says it is but only good thing about it is that can throw it for range but even then I better of using incantation or spell for range, maybe it was good but I think it was nerfed
