“You can either be a victim or a survivor”. Such a powerful quote on changing your mentality. Great Pod.

New to Julie’s ideas💡📢 1) Link between hesitancy and confidence.. 2) Confidence: “Have multiple legs of your stools” 3) The narratives of imaginary rules & limits; “We stay small because we believe these imaginary rules to be true”. 4) Reframe an experience to tell a different story; survivorship based on your strength and ability. 5) Raw Frankness;“It helps no-one to dwell on the past". 6) insight from Shane:” we focus on things that keep us in place..make sense in the world we constructed ourselves”.

Excellent - really like the idea of a progress board vs. a vision board

The survivors know they’re somewhat a victim. Same as intelligent people know they’re somewhat clueless. Once you believe you’re a survivor. You start becoming a victim.

Re: the negative as a motivator. What if you never feel enough? Always feel lacking? You might create great things, strive so hard, but to what end? If you never feel accomplishment or satisfaction, do you just go to your grave being a great creator, but still feeling lack?
