Saera Targaryen had a falling out with her parents, Jaehaerys and Alysanne, she fled Westeros. 3 of her sons, all by different fathers, presented themselves as candidates at the Great Council where Viserys was named heir. Hugh is Daemon's first cousin. Jaehaerys and Alysanne had 13 children. Jaehaerys out-lived his wife and almost all his children. Which is how the Great Council happened in the first place.

Yes Saera Targaryen was one of youngest daughter of Jaehaerys and Alysanne. She like sex a little too early in her life tho.

I was waiting for the upload but happy belated birthdays haha, they plaid this episode early at Comic-Con and it was great to meet some of the people that worked on the show and confirm some more information for episode 8 and some big events to keep an eye on for the next season releasing in 2026😭 its a long wait but I’m excited.

​@@CouchPatroll Most things at the moment i have seen but some similar shows that you might not have seen that can replace house of the dragon are the wheel of time, Watch men the live cation tv series, love craft country, or Raised by wolves which is a really amazing show that stars two of the actors from House of the dragon Abubakar Salim Alyn and Amanda Collin Lady Jeyne Arryn, its also not officially but loosely connected to the ALIEN franchise which i know you like Ridley Scott used the show to explore some of the ideas that he had for the alien franchise and expand on the lore of androids in the alien world.

Vermithor is younger than Vhagar too. Vermithor here is about 100+ years. Vhagar is 200 or so years old. Vermithor was the dragon of King Jaehaerys and Silverwing was the dragon of Queen Alysanne.

"Dragons don't have assigned gender" LOL Yeah let's not be ridiculous ok? Vermithor and Silverwing are a known mated pair. None of Danny's dragons laid eggs so they are all male. (To be fair they weren't that old so possible with time maybe one would have proven female) Syrax is female and has laid many eggs....in order to lay an egg you have to be female. Nature has none of this ambiguity. There is male and female. On RARE occasion some animals are considered hermaphrodite or can reproduce using "budding" but these are special cases. 90% of the time there is a male and a female. And before you use "but GRRM himself said" argument....he said sometimes dragons may be able to change their gender, but it doesn't mean they "have no assigned gender".
