Mai akele, warmup ke baad lagtaar 50 - 90 mins jogging kr skta hu. Aur 1 stretch me kam se, minimum 25-KMS se jyada chal skta hu. 25Kms koi 3 hours ya 3 hours 10 mins me. Km se km 2-3 ghante lagataar gym ka bhi session kr skta hu, yaha tk ke Legs and Back day par Mere liye kya better rahega ?

*I run 6 km five days a week. I do push-ups and sit-ups, too. You will surely feel fatigue after running, but with time, as you get into shape, you will be much happier. There is no better feeling than seeing yourself in better shape among people younger than you who have 3 inches of tummy. With diet control & abs excercise you can easily achieve 6 packs. 🙏*

Make a combination of running and Walking. 5KMs running below 30 minutes and 5 kms of walking below 45 minutes is an effective combination to reduce weight and it elevates mood also.

I walk briskly to achieve 10000 steps daily target which roughly takes me 1 hr 30 mins. I guess it is working well for me.

I totally agree with you sir. I walk 20000 steps everyday. For me it takes around 77 minutes to complete 10000 steps. Right now I am on a weight loss journey because I have been diagnosed with grade 2 fatty liver.

Sirf paidal chal k hi mene 224 blood sugar se 180, 167, 154 fir 132 achieve kiya hai.... or aaj hi mene apna blood sugar test kiya to mera sugar 116 ho gaya hai... Isiliye apka type 2 sugar control ho sakta hai sirf walking kr k but roj apko kam se kam 1 ghanta chalna padega with speed... Or khane mein bhi control karna padega... Type 2 diabetes mein ye achievable hai... Or regular Glycometer se apna sugar test karo... Aesa lagta hai ki mujhe diabetes nhi ho sakti... But ye kisi k sath bhi ho sakta hai... Main to sports mein badminton bohot khela hai or body type bhi athletic hai... Fir bhi main prediabetic ho gaya tha...

Dude ....there is no comparison between walking and running......running is a very high impact activity and cause damage....on the flip you will be super fit if you can run without injury more than 40km per week

I walk 10 kms every day, through the paddy field n them climb a short highted hill n after climbing on the top, i do PT...i then bring home the rural cow's milk not that of jersy... I am feeling extremely healthy than ever

In India, every sports shoe is a running shoe. It's totally wrong. Your shoe cushioning goes away in 3 to 6 months, even when the shoe looks intact. If you are feeling pain in your knees, it's time to change your shoes.

I’m not convinced with the facts presented on walking/running, and on the use multigrain flour as there was no mention of the target heart rate, heart rate recovery and the resting heart rate on the subject of walking/running as per age of person understanding walking/ running. Secondly my aim of using multiple grain flour, being a T2D person, is to get released glucose in my blood stream from the ingested food at a steady and sustained pace thereby mitigating the roller- coaster effect of glucose vs insulin.
