Anyone worried about fatty liver. Check your weight and height and calculate BMI from any available calculator. ICICI Lombard provides a BMI calculator. BMI should be less than 23 in the ideal case. The second thing is to measure waist circumference just above the belly button after exhaling. Such a measurement should be less than 90 cm. If these two conditions are not met then one has some form of metabolic disease.
