I got rid of my lawns that took longer to do. They would give me anxiety because the whole time I was working on them I just kept thinking about how long its taking me to do it versus other lawns smaller that are more profitable in less time

Run a maintenance crew (as the general contractor) that is steady 8-4pm. The specialty stuff should be sub-contracted out but, directed through your business w a %markup for you as you supervise sub consultant work.

Another story my brother and I started with his Chevy busted the back windshield and jo money to replace drove thru couple monsoons live in AZ monsoon no joke. So blessed now got 2015 Chevy Silverado with trailer 98 Ford ranger truck and cars galore. Traveling 20 miles for work there and back but we winning 3rd generation business me my dad and 2 brothers and we winning sirr keep winning Keith

Started my business with two other owners so everyone bids jobs and does the installation next step after doing this for two year I found a big landscaping company that needs highly skilled installs We no longer need to do bids or marketing cost 0.and the company provides all the trucking and materials delivery. Time vs profitability =Pavers.
