Chicken pie is one of our favourite meals to have back home, so we thought why not give it a try whilst camping - you'll have to watch the video to see how it turned out.
Ingredients:
2 Chicken Breast
5 Rashes of Bacon
1 Onion
3 Cloves of Garlic
2 Small Leeks
1tbsp Cream/Creme Fraiche
1-2 tsp Wholegrain Mustard
2 Stock Cubes
1 Roll of Puff Pastry
1 Cup of Water
Handful of Mushrooms
Rosemary
Thyme
Salt & Pepper
