Thank you for the nice video! I did this install for a 6 gang switch panel, and installed 4 rock lights underneath frame. I now have capability to easily add Christmas lights for Holidays! I liked using the velcro stickers to mount the hardware in battery storage area, too.

Man. Texas is great. This reminds me growing up in Puerto Rico. A bunch of neighborhoods would do the same lights set up. With the pvc pipes over the road or side walks covered in lights.

I’m installing this same switch box and have an ECO Battery 12v Converter already installed. My question is where the black 12v out wire goes to? Your video shows the battery but where does the negative on the switch go to or should the black out of the converter go to this spot on the switch. First time doing this. Appreciate any help. Thank you

Make sure you hook up 48v battery to a step down converter (12v) or you will blow the 8 gang switch panel. Ask me how I know 😅. You will want to run the switch panel to the converter only.

Hello so I have a 36v eco and the reducer is attached to the main battery and on the other end of the reducer I have a postive and negative wires coming out. How would I install this on my 36v battery/reducer? Thanks in advance for any advice as I’m stuck at the moment

@@Donnythelatemodeltech the aux beam has instructions on how to connect it to a 12v but the battery I have is a single 36v battery so I don’t believe I can connect it directly to that battery correct? My battery did come with a reducer which is installed but now I’m just not sure how to go about connecting the aux beam to the reducer unless I can connect it directly to the battery which is 36v.

@@carlosq5910 Don't connect it to the battery directly. This Auxbeam is for 12v-24v batteries. If you hook up the Auxbeam directly to the 36v Battery, you will blow the switch (I did this by connecting directly to my 48v LiON battery). You have to hook it up directly to the reducer so that it doesn't get more than 12v from the battery (reduced from 36v to 12v by reducer).
