I just got done overseeding my backyard. I never see squirrels in my backyard but ever since the grass germinated and started growing, it's like squirrels has a competition of who can dig the most holes. Every morning I get up to water the grass, they are everywhere just digging holes. Between having to deal with squirrels and leaves, I'm never overseeding in the fall again.

Man I have a ton of questions. I recently moved to South Dakota. (Military). The last homeowner was not keen on lawn maintenance. And finally i have a lawn to take interest in in a long time, bc it's a mutt. It's crazy bumpy. It's a blend of all sorts of grass. I aerated and overseeded with tall fescue, and I fertilized. I'm trying to get it to come out of winter balls blazing. But it's struggling. I'm also on a budget. Would it be more beneficial to just scalp it and start over? Or nurse it until shes beautiful again?
@TheLawnWhisperer4 жыл бұрын
You can do either. Nursing it back to glory will take longer but definitely doable. A little too late (at least here where I'm at) to do any scalp and reseed and the grass have time to establish
