I am soo happy that you brought the not working out hard enough issue up. I regularly put so much effort into working out that I feel sick but I rarely feel much of a strain the day after. Hey Patty, just wanted to provide some feedback - your mobility/warm up exercise routine from the previous video is really good, and I am planning trying to stick to it as much as I can. It's fun, it's challenging, and it gets the job done. I suck at most movements, but, unlike many other mobility exercises that I tried, they are still fun to do and for some reason I feel motivated to try and progress on them. If you'll ever want to make more "educational" videos, I think you can pull that off.

7:40 this has been my issue lately. I always liked to keep myself on the edge, but what I was really doing is pushing myself past that edge gradually. And now after all those years, I am now able to push myself over the edge way too easily and often I end up feeling terrible after workout, because I kind of overextended myself. So currently, I am learning how to not push myself so hard, so I can enjoy my workouts again and feel good after them, instead of feeling like shit afterwards due to going too hard.
