I don’t know how many times I have watched this video since its release, I have watching it while camping, I watched it after I got hurt surfing, I watched it 3 times per week during pandemic, I watched it with my girlfriend during Netflix and on and on… I tried other videos, but this one was special for me since it introduced clueless me to the world of mobility training, eventually to yoga as well 😅 although you guys moved the content creation to Instagram since the world has moved away form here, I still appreciate your old videos. Thank you for all!!

TIMESTAMPS 1:17 first stretch 3:15 same stretch but deeper 5:18 leg stretch n. 1 left leg 7:50 leg stretch n.1 right leg 10:55 ab / back stretch 13:20 squat 15:16 leg stretch n.2 right leg 17:55 leg stretch n2 left leg 19:53 the final boss I'm in love with this routine. My mobility is at its peak, my squat is as profound as the ocean and my body feels as strong as ever. Do not skip the last stretch, it will forever hurt but your body will love you for it. You guys have no idea how lucky we are to have access to such world-class information, for free. God bless the lean machines! Much love from Mexico.

Your last 20 minute stretching video was seriously one of my favorite videos to use cause I have the worlds smallest hips and I'm stuck behind a desk for most of the day. So that video gets used by me at least twice a week (usually on my off days) cause it helps my hips so much. So having this video got me all excited cause I like that I can have another video to use. I love love love these stretching videos for general hip relief and also my hips are so sore when I'm on my period so these offer so much relief. THANKS A BUNCH FOR THESE VIDEOS.

Got to say I came across a few months ago and I absolutely love watching your videos, I’m 49 years old and my flexibility is pretty good for my age, but I got to say I don’t really like the exercise when I have to open my legs and hold onto the kettle bell or the dumbbell to stretch forward LOL I had knee surgery in November so I’m still doing physical therapy for that so there’s definitely restrictions there you’re awesome that we really appreciate you

Just found this. Been using your upperbody routine for a while. Really good routine. Being a below knee amputee I was able to do everything except the deep squat. I am finding a lot of tightness down the inside of my left leg lately(good leg). I have been training lunchtimes lately since having first child a year ago! It means my gym session is time limited so only do a quick hamstring and hip strerch then try to do mobility at night a few times a week. I think this is really helping.

Please do upper body too. Question: I’ve had limited flexibility behind my right knee since I was a kid. If i did the split leg stretch with the dumbbell, I’d get a slightly painful pull by my left knee (inner part). No injury that I’m aware of. I’m now thirty (cough cough) and still don’t have great range of motion. Now when I squat, I hear popping in my knees and hips. It’s not painful. Would these stretches help with those issues. I feel like a chiropractor may help with realignment but the pain in my knee has never been diagnosed or helped by PT or the chiropractor.

Hi, Always! You NEVER stretch a cold muscle. Not only it is not as effective as with muscles that have been probably warmed but you also risk to seriously injure yourself. Always a warm-up before.
